I had an idea of how I wanted our wedding to be, but had no idea how to set things in motion. As soon as I met Sue and Alan, they put me at ease with their friendliness, and gave me lots of ideas on what I could do. Nothing was too much trouble, Sue was always their to help answer any questions I had, and reassure that everything would be fine. On the day we walked into our reception venue and I was overwhelmed how beautiful it looked. It was perfect, I couldn't of wished for more. Working with Mercedes at Jasmine & Henry's wedding was an absolute delight! Her communication was top-notch, and she delivered everything we requested with a touch of her own creative flair. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

Elke and her team were amazing. We contacted them within a few months of our wedding date and they were really quick to respond. Elke kept in contact with me regularly and was very helpful in getting everything set up and ordered on time. We had a Chinese Themed reception and she managed to get everything on time including a big Double Happiness sign behind our table, and Chinese Sweet boxes that have the Double Happiness signs on them.

Elke and her team did an amazing decor for my husband birthday party. He absolutely loved the decoration! I will def recommend Stages and Phases for further events.

Just attended a party with Andy A on the decks. Just... Wow!!! Seamless transitions and fantastic music selection. We were also able to put in requests! Asked for a Jungle set and were treated to the best hour of Jungle tunes. Filled the dance floor. Loved the lighting too!! Will def hire Andy for any event I organise. Thanks so much!!!

I booked Essex Event Planners for my birthday party and they were exceptional!!! So professional, great communication from the very beginning, great value, amazing sound system and lights set up in my house and incredible DJ provided. I began working on my wedding with Sarah Feb 2020 when she agreed to provide décor and dress the wedding venue for my upcoming Sept 2020 wedding. Sarah was so helpful with ideas and suggestions to fit our style and budget. When covid hit, Sarah stayed in touch and agreed to the new date (Jul 21) without problem and then didn't even blink when the guest list dropped from 120 guests down to 22. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Recently used Shaun for my daughter’s christening as a DJ and hiring of light up letters. Amazing service, was always available leading up to the event to answer any questions, arrived with plenty of time to set up, and was super friendly and made sure the event run smoothly. We even decided to extend the event last minute which Shaun kindly accommodated. Gave Shaun full autonomy to pick the set list and he expertly read the crowd - and all guests were up dancing. I hired a photo booth from Shaun Smith Events for my event, and the service was outstanding! Shaun provided a fantastic package, including stunning light-up numbers that really elevated the decor. On the day, there was a minor issue with transferring photos via text or email, but Shaun quickly resolved it by giving me full access to the gallery after the event. So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working.
