Every detail was thought of and looked after, leaving us to enjoy all the lead up to the wedding and the day itself. Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. As you can imagine, 21-year-olds are quite hard to please but Bianca and her team went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s day went without a hitch, giving thoughtful details that I would never have considered. I will highly recommend this company, so we had our wedding in a September 2021, the wedding planner Bianca was very professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, she explained how things will work out on the day and was punctual on the rehearsal and wedding day, coming in extra early. Not only are you getting a wedding planner you are getting someone that is very hands on, basically the lovely wedding planner Bianca was also helping our daughter to take out her hair due to a friend that was suppose to do the hair running late. Crystal have planned several events at my venue (The Norfolk Venue) and provide a very professional service with beautiful decor. All staff are very knowledgable in the industry and always go above and beyond for their clients. The best in the region.

All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. Absolutely recommend their services, always professional, exceeding customer expectations and most important to me reliable and honest service. Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

We cannot speak highly enough of Chenai - she genuinely is the best at what she does. Her attention to detail and ability to instil a sense of calm across a stressful period is truly amazing. The greatest thing about our working relationship with Chenai is that she has now become a friend of ours. She stepped in at a time where a former wedding planner that we had was creating a lot of stress and not meeting our requirements, and Chenai came in and completely stabilised and enhanced the process. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. I will only be using them from Now on. They really know what they are doing and have everything you need for any event. Please do not Use anyone apart from them! 10 stars !!!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined.
