I found Halcyon Halcyon through Instagram in the lead up to our micro wedding and I'm so glad I did! I did my research and reached out to other suppliers but Halcyon Halcyon stood out to me because of their professionalism, ease of communication and attention to detail. I had a video call with Jayne who was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, my considerations and the purpose of the occasion; a garden wedding reception. I showed her the space we were working with and then sent her photos and specs after the call. Her response was incredibly speedy and within a few days, I received the floorplan and moodboard which was exactly the vibe we were going for! In the lead up to the wedding, we had concerns about the weather and how that would affect the floorplan and Jayne not only gave us some amazing professional advice but also speedily provided an adjusted floorplan to adapt to our needs. I was honestly amazed at the quick turnaround! The day before the wedding, I finally met Jayne and Andi when they delivered the chairs and tables, and as I expected, they were both as friendly and efficient in person, just as I imagined. They arrived on time (super early start) on the wedding day to do the styling and I didn't see the final result until we all got back from the registry. They truly transformed our humble garden and conservatory! The table setting, the flowers, the balloons, the elegance. I had never seen or felt gypsophila and orchids as fresh as that; it's almost been a month since the wedding and they're still going strong. Our family and friends felt at ease and the sophisticated styling definitely took them by surprise! Jayne and Andi fully understood the brief and delivered above and beyond. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better wedding. They really made it a special and unforgettable day and delivered the light, airy and elegant theme we asked for. HH provided Floral Design, Venue Dressing Design (Furniture, Crockery etc.), Lighting Design and One-The-Day Coordination for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Andi and Jayne are two seriously talented people and an absolute power-duo. We organised our London wedding from Singapore and from our first phone call we had 100% faith in them. They seamlessly accommodated the time difference and it was real a comfort to have such organised, calm people to take charge on our behalf. Choosing a dry-hire venue was daunting, but Jayne helped us to create the exact vibe we were looking for with the floral and venue dressing design. The mood-boards/ design options that Jayne developed were works of art themselves and super useful for us to visualise and make informed cost and creative decisions. The final result was mesmerizing! We were speechless when we walked down the aisle and saw everything for the first time. Jayne's attention to detail was remarkable and you could really notice all the details and subtleties. Andi arranged the lighting design and it was perfect. He created the exact atmosphere we wanted, with different lighting scenes for different parts of the day. Again, his design proposals/ optioneering allowed us to make informed cost/benefit decisions. Andi also created a Production Schedule for the week prior to the wedding day (including the day itself). It encapsulated every detail of the wedding and gave us full confidence that everything would go smoothly. Andi and Jayne took care of absolutely everything on the day, from the arrival of the first supplier to de-rigging after everyone had left. This meant there was no pressure for us to get involved in any of the organisational aspects of the day, which was especially useful in our case since we had no bridal party or groomsmen. Instead, we were able to spend some quality time together beforehand and arrive feeling totally relaxed and ready to give our energy to each other, our guests and revel in the joy of the day! We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! The best choice we made for this wedding preparation was choosing Carolina Piazzi's "A Taste Of Beauty" to plan our wedding. The take home message is that your wedding will be planned to perfection if you choose Carolina to help you. Trust us when we say this choice will pay for itself a hundred-fold. It is the right choice; the only choice. We picked Carolina on the back of excellent online reviews to help us plan a wedding in Italy. She consulted us, understanding our preferences, our dislikes, our culture, and our budget. She took a lot into account, and did so extremely professionally. We narrowed down venues based on taste and on advice from Carolina, then visited Italy to view the shortlist, coming out with a winner. Everything was very easy. The process of planning our initial wedding in Italy was well over half a year and never felt rushed. COVID then changed everything, and we quickly had to plan a wedding in our home country UK within the space of 6 weeks. Carolina was able to do 2 things simultaneously: defend us and get the majority of our money back from vendors abroad when it was appropriate to do so, and then help us organise vendors here in the UK - in 6 WEEKS. I will never on paper fully explain the technical difficulties and obstacles she faced, but suffice it so say that we would have had a very, very mediocre wedding without her. My partner and I decided to get married in Tuscany as we had dreams of a fairytale wedding in the Tuscan countryside. My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. We'd initially planned on marrying in 2021 but choose to defer by a year, Carolina quickly communicated this to all suppliers and within a week, we'd secured our venue/suppliers without any headache - this alone was enough to cement the wise decision in working with Carolina. Carolina managed every aspect of our wedding other than what we wore; that being said, is also incredibly light-touch too - when we asked for time to think things through she understood and stepped back, conversely when we couldn't decide and asked her to make a decision for us, she was resolute in doing so. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. Kerrie came highly recommended to us by a friend and from our first interaction with her, we could see why! We had decided to hold our reception at home and have an outdoor rustic theme for the wedding - little did we know how much there was to think about and organise for an event this large! Kerrie shared all her experience with us and helped fast track so many elements that we either hadn't thought about or weren't sure how to tackle - from cabling and power supplies, through to on the day logistics, we can't thank Kerrie enough for all the support she gave us. It was like having our own personal project manager - but with so many more bells and whistles! We had regular contact each month with Kerrie to check in and keep us on track with what we needed to do by when. She also helped us work through any issues and was a brilliant 'neutral' perspective on anything where there may of been different views. An added bonus is that Kerrie has a great list of contacts for different wedding aspects and this came in incredibly useful along the way - we went with a photographer recommended by her and were so delighted with him. As we got closer to the wedding day, we then had weekly check in's and Kerrie produced us the final schedule for the day to make sure all the timings would work. On our wedding day, Kerrie was present the entire day, in the background, but making sure everything was running seamlessly. In the morning, we had lots of people arriving to set up things like the cake, DJ equipment, caterers to lay the tables etc - Kerrie managed all of this for us to make sure that everything looked perfect. We had nothing to worry about the entire day as Kerrie had everything in hand - it just took any stress out of the day and meant we could concentrate on enjoying our special day. Kerrie has that lovely professional style that means she fits in perfectly, whilst people respect that she is in control of the day - this came in particularly handy when trying to corral all of the different people needed for our photos!
