On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). There will never be enough words to describe how truly thankful we are for Alice and the team and all that they did for us when planning our wedding. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. It’s been a huge journey to get to the wedding day and planning a destination wedding is no small feat, negotiating with suppliers and the venue in Italy as well as organising UK based suppliers to fly over to Rome, it’s been a lot of work and a lot of back and forth to ensure the perfect day, but from start to finish everything flowed so effortlessly and what Alice and the team created was something out of a fairytale and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention Alice and the team pulled the wedding together in 8 short months which is a credit to her organisational skills in itself. Every detail was considered and perfectly executed and her energy throughout the entire wedding planning process was faultless. Sometimes in life you just click with people and right from our very first meeting I knew we would hit it off, countless texts, a lot of video calls and a lot of delays in airports and it’s safe to say now that the wedding is over, I have a very big Alice shaped hole in my life. I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect. Alice and her team, including my favorite Dream Girl Yana were so incredibly incredibly hard working. I live in California, our wedding was at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, and Alice Wilkes Design is based in London, and I swear we were always gossiping. I really was so impressed by how available the team was and how seamless planning an event across the ocean felt. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. Their personalities were incredibly calm, professional and playful. I had a sense the whole time that they really had everything under control and in line. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I feel like her weddings are always dreamy and give you something unexpected. Our wedding had swans everywhere! Swans at the Plaza. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. The best choice we made for this wedding preparation was choosing Carolina Piazzi's "A Taste Of Beauty" to plan our wedding. The take home message is that your wedding will be planned to perfection if you choose Carolina to help you. Trust us when we say this choice will pay for itself a hundred-fold. It is the right choice; the only choice. We picked Carolina on the back of excellent online reviews to help us plan a wedding in Italy. She consulted us, understanding our preferences, our dislikes, our culture, and our budget. She took a lot into account, and did so extremely professionally. We narrowed down venues based on taste and on advice from Carolina, then visited Italy to view the shortlist, coming out with a winner. Everything was very easy. The process of planning our initial wedding in Italy was well over half a year and never felt rushed. COVID then changed everything, and we quickly had to plan a wedding in our home country UK within the space of 6 weeks. Carolina was able to do 2 things simultaneously: defend us and get the majority of our money back from vendors abroad when it was appropriate to do so, and then help us organise vendors here in the UK - in 6 WEEKS. I will never on paper fully explain the technical difficulties and obstacles she faced, but suffice it so say that we would have had a very, very mediocre wedding without her. My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. We'd initially planned on marrying in 2021 but choose to defer by a year, Carolina quickly communicated this to all suppliers and within a week, we'd secured our venue/suppliers without any headache - this alone was enough to cement the wise decision in working with Carolina. If you're looking to get married in Italy, do not hesitate to contact Carolina. Carolina is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Italian weddings. Carolina managed every aspect of our wedding other than what we wore; that being said, is also incredibly light-touch too - when we asked for time to think things through she understood and stepped back, conversely when we couldn't decide and asked her to make a decision for us, she was resolute in doing so. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.
