We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Tom and his team at ST Events were unbelievable. From the first time we spoke I knew we had found the right DJ and planner for us. Tom is calm, friendly, professional and clearly knows his stuff. We told him what type of party we wanted and he made it happen seamlessly. He sorted out all the extras we wanted, liaised directly with the venue and took charge so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The party was amazing, kids and adults were on the dance floor all night completely engaged and having fun. Nothing was too much. I've already re-booked him for my daughters Bat Mitzvah in 2026! Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with both in the run up to the night and on the night of our event itself. The music he played was terrific, his judgement and musical choices spot on and MC duties perfectly pitched. All the kids and adults loved the music – which is no mean feat and he really grasped what we wanted. The evening went so well and that was in large part due to the atmosphere Tom created. Tom did a great set at our birthday party. Very reliable, easy to deal with. He has a really good manner and got the guests on the dance floor all the way through to the last song - lots and lots of positive feedback from them afterwards. Highly recommended!

Tom DJ’d at my son’s 21st in November 2024. . He really made the night extra special for him and all of our guests. He totally got the brief and delivered on what we wanted. It was spot on. So many of our guests have told us how great they thought he was. I will definitely use him again for any future event and would definitely recommend.

Andrea and Alex at Inside Out Eventz are phenomenal at their job. I had absolutely no stress on my wedding day, it all ran so smoothly, and was honestly everything I could have asked for. We got married on 3rd June 2023, and from the first time I contacted Inside Out Eventz to the day of the wedding Andrea and Alex made everything I asked for - work! Everyone said how amazing the food was- the best food they’ve ever eaten at a wedding and there was SO MUCH OF IT- no one when hungry. From bringing out tequila shots to late night snacks, to making sure all of the drinks were super cold for our guests (it was a very hot day!) they really are the best, and go above and beyond to make sure your day is special. Alex and his team were amazing from start to finish! From instantly responding to our enquiry, putting together a fantastic menu & on the day making sure everything went so smoothly. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. Ezra events transformed my venue and made it even more magical than I ever expected. Delia was on hand from the very beginning answering any questions I had and working closely alongside her to bring my dream into a reality. She was so friendly, attentive, had good communication and gave honest opinions when brainstorming ideas which I really valued. All my guests said the set up was unreal. It's been a month since our wedding and I'm still so over the moon with the service I received from Ezra events.
