Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! It was an absolute pleasure working with UCG Luxury Destination Events! We had our wedding in Bodrum in 2016, where Tala really turned our dreams into reality. She really “gets it!” All our friends were super happy that everything was so organized from the minute they started planning the trip until getting on the flight home. We had guests coming from London, Dubai and Egypt so they really appreciated the smooth logistics. No detail was ever overlooked.

Less than a year before our wedding, we contacted Tala at UCG Luxury Destination Events to be our wedding planner. Tala herself came highly recommended through friends and word of mouth, and from the moment we met, I could see this was by far the best decision we could make. My husband and I live in London but our families are in different parts of the world. To quickly organise a personal, beautiful, heartfelt, fun wedding for 130 guests coming from all corners of the globe was daunting to us, but a piece of cake for UCG! Tala got to work immediately by getting to know us personally and then asking us the right questions in order to shortlist and organise viewings of venues in the city as well as in the nearby countryside that would fit within our wants, needs, budget, and overall vibe of what we wanted for our wedding. She found us the most beautiful manor house/events hall in Surrey (easy access for our guests – an hour from the city and near Heathrow Airport) that provided the "English Garden" beauty, romanticism and escapism we wanted to highlight for our guests coming from the Middle East, the US, and other parts of the UK during the summer of 2022. They even had wild peacocks roaming around the gardens! From then on and throughout the planning, UCG remained incredible – and we are still just so grateful. Tala's attention to detail, speed at which she would organise the next thing on "the list", her professionalism, rapport with vendors, her joyful and friendly demeanour kept us calm during what is known to be a stressful time! No matter what silly question we had or what anxious feeling we had, Tala was there. To hire someone who became a good friend was just the icing on top. She drove with us to flower vendors, she dealt with negotiations, we would bounce ideas off of each other, she would scour the net to find things we didn't even think of, all to add that extra personal touch. Tala worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life, and did it all with a smile. Many wedding/event planners just do what they've outlined in the contract, but not UCG – they go above and beyond. The morning after our wedding, Tala had organised a box for me of little mementos from the night! Honestly, thanks to UCG's impeccable planning, we did not have one stress on our wedding day. I don't even think there were any "fires" to put out because they are that amazing. Our wedding guests even praised the effortless, loving atmosphere during our special day and knew it was all down to UCG. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Brilliant service by Mk from initial point of contact to the very end, nothing seemed like it was too much. I initially got in touch as we wanted to arrange a mehndi party and needed a venue, MK went out of his way to find us the perfect venue for our party size and needs and also did the best stage set up for us, even some of the vendors we used loved it! We were so impressed with Mk we hired him to do some home wedding decorations which were just beautiful without being over the top. Very impressed and grateful to have found you! We had our Nigerian introduction ceremony under a week ago and it was so amazing! Events by MK are incredibly organised with their set up and collection, they communicate well and everyone loved the decor😍 So impressed with their service, I would 100% recommend!

Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working.
