Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. I worked alongside Claire and her team in both Italy in Ravello and the UK at Hedsor House for weddings. Both times I felt that they were always on hand to help and guide at any point. Were so on point with the group photo list to gather guests which then allowed the couple more time to relax as well as myself time for candid photography. All timings ran smoothly and creativity and styling looked fabulous. They were such a positive vibe to be around.

Claire and Monica helped us plan our dream wedding week in Ravello, Italy this past September. From the initial planning stages to the final day, they were instrumental in bringing our vision to life. We especially appreciated their assistance with the complex logistics of planning a destination wedding, including coordinating accommodations and transportation for our guests, booking restaurants, and suggesting activities for 5 days. Their local knowledge and vendor connections were valuable, and they were incredibly helpful with last-minute requests, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our guests were also very impressed with their responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the week. Claire was particularly adept at understanding our vision and preferences. The flower arrangements were stunning, the live music at the reception was perfect, and the table settings were exactly what we had imagined. She worked diligently to create a budget that reflected our priorities and ensured we had the wedding we wanted. While our overall experience was positive, we'd like to offer some transparent feedback for future couples. Planning an Amalfi Coast wedding on a budget is tough. While Claire ultimately found fantastic options that met our needs, particularly for activities outside the wedding day, the process involved a fair amount of back-and-forth regarding budget. More proactive budget management and upfront alternative suggestions would have been helpful. But since we started planning so far in advance, this didn't cause any major delays/issues - just more communication. Additionally, a few overlooked details, like venue lighting and guest policies, created some last-minute stress, though Claire and Monica did resolve these issues to the best of their abilities (which we appreciated). Despite these minor challenges, we are grateful to Claire and Monica for their hard work, friendly and calm attitudes, and dedication. They created a truly memorable week for us and our guests, and we appreciate their efforts in making our wedding dreams a reality.

We hired Farah for our on the day wedding coordination. She was absolutely amazing and I have zero regrets working with her. She went above and beyond and supported us before, during and after the wedding. Our parents, friends and family all loved her and were extremely impressed by her. She even stayed passed her agreed hours to make sure everything ran smoothly. The suppliers she recommended to us were fantastic. We had the best and most magical day thanks to her ❤️

Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. Smashed it!! Found grand affairs on the Eid festival at Westfield Stratford, was so glad I came across them! Alhamdulilah I won a free mehndi stage on the Eid festival and after seeing their work on instagram I knew I had to cancel the company I originally booked with for my wedding day and go with grand affairs. Rohim’s Bhai hospitality was incredible. He really makes sure that his clients are always happy with their service, especially on the day he walks around making sure everything is running smoothly. My parents fell in love with the decor and stage for both events that I had. I will definitely recommend them for any friends and families wedding thank you so much grand affairs!

I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

We used AR Signature for our wedding in July at Chigwell Marquees. The process from start to end was seamless. I knew exactly what I was getting and the team were very clear about the process. As for the wedding day itself, they executed everything on time, I didn’t need to be called or worry about anything and they went above and beyond to help where they could and I don’t think I’ve experienced that level of support from decor company. The decor was one thing that was heavily complimented by our guests on that day and we can only thank the team at AR Signature for that. We highly recommend them!

I booked AR for my mehndi and wedding- everything was perfect! My brother also booked AR for all his events and I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. Service was great, AR called me before all my events to run through everything to ensure everything was covered accordingly. I booked ARSignatures after being recommended them by my sister in law who had used them for previous weddings. Even though I’m based in Wales, they were happy to travel & made the whole experience so easy. Every single query was answered, every single detail was thought about by the team & going ahead with them was the best decision. They worked with my budget as much as they could and were transparent with me when things wouldn’t work. The team transformed the venue, even managing to set up majority the night before to make it smooth! Not many people in Wales venture out with wedding vendors, but I’m so glad I did.
