She espond really quickly, is organised, and the venue options she shared were all aligned to the criteria we told her, and even helped me negotiate customised deals and discounts with select venues. Easy weddings UK is incredible! They provided me with a list of amazing wedding venues within my budget along with the prices and wedding packages the venues offer. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

We got in touch with Personal touch to DJ for our event and I am so happy we booked them! From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. He was enthusiastic and really make us feel like our wedding mattered to him and his team. He took the time to have calls to plan the music and entertainment, and even came for a site visit. We really appreciated his professional guidance and advice. For our wedding, we requested performers, sega dancers, ravine players and lighting equipment - the team went above and beyond and delivered on all aspects. In addition, he took our playlist and made edits to YouTube audios which was really appreciated. On the day, the team were professional and on top of it. The team played our playlist at the right time and at the reception, the music and dj skills was on point - it was all absolutely perfect! On behalf on my Wife and I, I would like to thank Personal Touch for creating the most perfect and spectacular wedding for us, in fact for creating the wedding of our dreams! From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! Personal Touches attention to detail and experience helped us to make many informed decisions that we normally would not have been able to make with such knowledge, as Eshan regularly would explain the pros and cons of set ups - suppliers - costs - ambience and anything else we would not like think about. The music played was out of this world - the organised structure meant we were able to provide a Spotify playlist of tunes we wanted to be on at some point in the night - tunes that family members / guests and that we felt emotionally attached to and that needed to be played. Personal Touch DJ's controlled the event with music - knowing exactly when to keep the vibe upbeat but elegant at the same time, to turing the dance floor into the most popular place to be .....to say we were over moon would be an understatement!! While working with The Personal Touch team, we have not only had a wedding planner - DJ and agony uncle but we also leave having made a life long long friends, something money cannot buy! Personal Touch acted as if the event was their own wedding, everything was from the heart and it was clear to see in the results. Every bump we encountered, Personal Touch also felt....every success we had, Personal Touch celebrated.... it was this heartfelt approach which is unique to any other wedding planner out there. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! Ezra events transformed my venue and made it even more magical than I ever expected. Delia was on hand from the very beginning answering any questions I had and working closely alongside her to bring my dream into a reality. It's been a month since our wedding and I'm still so over the moon with the service I received from Ezra events. From the first initial contact to the meetings we had and emails exchanged, they've been nothing short of amazing and helpful. I'd like to personally shout out Delia who was so helpful and kind no matter how many emails I spammed her with, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Ceylan is probably one of God's greatest gifts, she truly cares to make your day special and will go above and beyond to help you. The attention to detail is insane, all my family commented how lovely she was and attended to every small thing. I still look at pictures of how my venue was decorated, it was so beautiful. I highly recommend getting your catering with Ezra events! One month later and guests are still telling me how full they were on the day and how beautifully the lamb shank was cooked. Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

We had the pleasure of working with Jackie and her team for the flower arrangements at our civil partnership reception. They were super accommodating with every request we had, including some special touches we wanted to incorporate. The flower displays brought such a beautiful, warm vibe to our reception, making the day even more special. Three Little Birds's hired my face and body art services to provide entertainment at her client's child's birthday celebration in Mayfair this summer. Along with her team members, Jackie was highly professional from my very first encounter with her. Her event concept was clearly defined, her high expectation and work ethic were second to none. Needless to say, the outdoor celebration (complete with a vast personalised balloon display, beautifully presented table setting, fabulous children's entertainers and wonderful catering) was executed perfectly. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. Having Bumble events manage our wedding day was the best decision we made. We had 2 weddings in one day which meant more to do and more pressure. Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. As you can imagine, 21-year-olds are quite hard to please but Bianca and her team went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s day went without a hitch, giving thoughtful details that I would never have considered. I will highly recommend this company, so we had our wedding in a September 2021, the wedding planner Bianca was very professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, she explained how things will work out on the day and was punctual on the rehearsal and wedding day, coming in extra early. Not only are you getting a wedding planner you are getting someone that is very hands on, basically the lovely wedding planner Bianca was also helping our daughter to take out her hair due to a friend that was suppose to do the hair running late. I believe this shows the extra mile she will go to make your the wedding event goes accordingly. Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of.
