We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Bespoke at Littleton Manor Farm last month. The setting is unique and beautiful, and really made an impression on our guests. Karianne worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. The event came together in a way that felt authentic to us, and went off without a hitch. It's a lot of work planning an event with such a blank canvas, but the end result came out better than we could have imagined.

Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. The 5 stars are all for the wonderful Eve! I honestly can't say enough good things about her — she was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, Eve was incredibly supportive, always there to offer guidance and keep me on track. She even helped me pull off a huge surprise for my husband, which was no small feat! On the big day, Eve made sure everything ran smoothly. She was constantly running around, keeping everything organized and handling any hiccups with such calm and grace. And even when the waiters (who were honestly a bit of a disaster — my fault, not Eve’s) needed help, she jumped right in to make sure things didn’t fall apart. If I were ever to plan a wedding again (though I really hope I don’t have to!), there’s no doubt that I would want Eve on my team. She truly made the day unforgettable and took so much stress off my shoulders. I couldn’t have done it without her!

Where to start on this incredible setting, venue and team. Everyone involved at Botley have been simply superb from the moment we first walked into the venue. The team are part of your special day all the way through and make each moment count. The biggest praise I could give them would be how the guests commented that everything ran to clock work, nothing was too much trouble and they just cared so much about making our day so very special. We cant thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking at the venue. A truly 5 star experience that we will never forget.

What can we say…the team at Botley made our wedding the day of our dreams. Everything from the initial planning, their attention to detail, their ability to be on the end of the phone for any of our many questions, to the wine tasting, to the day itself; they were absolutely faultless. The venue speaks for itself visually, its perfection! The facilities are top notch and there isn’t anything I feel they can’t do. They even somehow managed to save a hail storm for the second we went inside for our meal and then bring out the most stunning sunset for as soon as we’d finished. Every single person there is excellent at their job and they are wonderful human beings as well! We felt like by the end of it we were more like friends than clients. All of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how wonderful the venue and staff were on the day. We were blown away. Our journey with Botley started on a cold Jan in 2023. Upon arrival Lily & Rachel showed us around the gorgeous barns and grounds and we were able to picture our wedding day there which wasn't due until July 2024. During that long 18 months we were in frequent contact with Lily & team and we had a couple of visits for supplier days and wine selection tasting... which I might add was spectacular, Lily and Rachel made sure we had sampled everything and then some ;) Fast forward to July 2024. I stayed in one of the Shepherds huts the night before the big day (only available under certain circumstances) which was very relaxing and brilliant to get a feel for what was about to come. On the day the Botley team were in full swing and everything was perfect. Lily, Rachel and team kept every single promise and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and that the Bride (my new wife), Bridesmaids our guests were comfortable and well looked after. I was the Photographer a wedding here last week and I can't tell you how awesome this venue is. The staff are so lovely (theres even a cat) and they were on hand all day to help. the venue itself is stunning, the views out the back at great and the barn itself with that big glass window is iconic. The ceremony room is a stone barn with great natural light and a small prep room on the mezzanine. The wedding breakfast room is a large room with air conditioning and a bar. Theres a gate out to the fields where we went for couples portraits and the sunsets over the hills which makes for some awesome sunset photos. I can't wait to come back to this venue!

Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. After our wedding we’ve been asked by many of our friends, what advice would we give them on the big day, what would we not go without.. Without a doubt our number 1 thing we’ve said back has been Precious and her team. We had Green Lilly events do on the day day planning for us, after many months of crazy stress trying to work out how to plan and run a wedding, have Green Lilly come in and take over was beyond amazing. For us, what made Green Lilly a step ahead of other wedding planners, was an amazing ability to know how to guide the wedding, give such invaluable advice (which genuinely made the day better) but also to really respect what we wanted and help make that happen. Precious is such a professional, she knows weddings inside out and will make your day so much better. We’ve already told every friend we know you need her and her team at their wedding.

Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

Hi. We met Jayne and Rozana at an open event at our venue Stanlake Park wine estate. They immediately put us ar ease with their approach and style and had some lovely options on display for the tables - one of which we based our wedding on. When we decided to go ahead we had a zoom call and many email exchanges and phone calls re requirements. Jayne also came up to meet us at our venue to go through things in more detail. This included suggestions, designs, last minute additions plus advice and contacts what to do with our amazing flowers afterwards. When I saw the flowers on the wedding morning I was blown away - simply gorgeous. They highlighted and complimented our theme perfectly. We had a few displays which Jayne and Rozana moved between the ceremony and reception including a stunning arch. Everything was perfect. We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

Me and my partner got married on the 17th of July at the beautiful Brookfield Barn venue. As soon as we booked in our date I booked us in for a meeting with the lovely team at To Have and To Hire. From start to finish we had the best experience. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and helping us to make the best decisions with the vision we had in mind. On the big day, the entire team put my mind at ease with their super fast set up but with an extreme attention to detail! Not only did they perfect our vision perfectly, but they even allowed us to use some of their spare faux flowers to decorate my own sweet cart so that it would tie in with the rest of the flower arrangements on our tables! Our guests complemented every inch of the styling, from the beautiful faux flowers that lined our aisle, to the mixture of high and low centre pieces which allowed people to speak freely and easily around the room. The team even ensured that the chair sashes and table runners matched my colour scheme perfectly! The team created some real statement pieces, these being the utterly jaw dropping faux flower wisteria ceiling with matching wisteria trees, creating a stunning fairytale feel to the barn, and the lovely memorial ladder complete with Bay tree and candles for all our beloved family members who could not be with us. All these things, combined with the cake hoop, the unique table plan and the welcome sign, all with matching florals, tied everything together beautifully and made for a truly magical wedding day and we can't thank To Have and To Hire enough for that, we are forever grateful. We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this myself, they captured my vision perfectly throughout the whole venue. Thank you very much for helping to make our day perfect!❤️

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.
