After months of searching for someone that shared the same vision and budget we had, we stumbled upon Rita. She did the decorations for our Church venue and left us nothing but speechless. We had one initial consultation where we laid out exactly what we were after, Rita was more than happy to take on the challenge – her can do attitude put us at ease immediately. Rita was vivacious and professional and understood the elegancy we wanted in the décor. The first time we saw her work was on the big day – she did not disappoint. The arch was by far our favourite and exceeded our expectations from the picture we showed her. Rita comes highly recommended for décor and flower arrangements – great service and superb work, a 5 star from us.

Although we had already booked most of our suppliers, my partner and I wanted a wedding planner to bring it all together - we felt we lacked the experience and time! We wanted someone who could bring to life a high-end and well thought through aesthetic for the big day - we are quite particular and wanted a very distinctive and unique look (avoiding classic and traditional style). In addition we wanted someone who had wedding experience that we could lean on for guidance and advice - we had two ceremonies in one, which was outside our experience and meant we had distinctive cultures to balance and intertwine. We also wanted a planner who would be able to coordinate and plan the details on a day to day basis, which I was struggling with given my job and personal commitments. We decided to go ahead with Jessica for wedding planning, on the day coordination and take down. We found her online and were really drawn to her portfolio on Instagram, which showed her amazing ability to design and style to a really high and unique standard. When we connected, Jessica provided us a proposal and a moodboard which really excited us and helped us confidently decide to go ahead. We also enjoyed speaking with her at the first call - she is very chilled, friendly and made us feel like calm and in control. I liked her confidence! I also liked how flexible she was in ways of working and was willing to adapt the management style so it worked for us. We started off with a simple colour scheme and Jessica was able to take that and develop it into a far more complex and superior colour palette that was very modern. I would’ve never been able to do this myself - I often second guessed the palette as I found it so complex but Jessica would reassure me and talk me through it and she was 100% right. I am SO GLAD I trusted her. Throughout the process Jessica was very easy to plan with. She was really friendly, approachable and understood what we wanted throughout the process. We had a Whatsapp group, we spoke on email, we used a Google Doc/ share drive to co-ordinate a to-do list. She was always contactable and communicative. I am quite detail orientated and often got bogged down on these bits, Jessica seemed to take it all in her stride and had it under control. She would listen to me, reassure me and action what needed actioning. Being Mauritian (me)/ Martinique (my partner) and having a duel wedding (civil and Hindu ceremony) meant a lot of cultures to factor - Jessica didn’t break a sweat! She easily understood and embraced our cultures, which I really appreciated. She took time to attend calls with the Pundit and understand the Hindu ceremony. She was super flexible in joining meetings and calls with suppliers in general. Finally, on the day it all went amazingly. Jessica and her team were in their element and were so calm and positive on the day. They had it all under control and they didn’t look stressed! We ended up with a successful day and I have Jessica and her team to thank for that. I will say the events of the day was quite behind schedule due to late family members, something I didn’t expect or think about - tip for future brides to watch out for if you have family like mine! I got so many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Final note, after the wedding Jessica and her team gifted me and my husband a video reel of the day. This was priceless! It captured so many moments and all the small details that I didn’t get to really take in on the day. Words cannot express how amazing this was to receive! I would absolutely recommend Jessica!!! She will make your dream wedding a genuine reality!

We are so happy that we chose Jessica as our wedding planner. It’s been just over a month now that me and my partner got married in the beautiful country of Italy. When looking for a wedding planner based in Italy, we came across so many barriers. It was a nightmare! and we just couldn’t click with any of them. From the very first conversation we had with Jessica, we instantly knew that she was the planner for us. Jessica is bubbly, funny and reassuring. We had Glitz and Glamour Events' star tent at our wedding, and it looked absolutely fabulous! It made a big impact and was such a great addition to our day. We had 2 Boho tents from Glitz and Glam Events. Our guests had never seen anything so beautiful. The tents created the most fabulous atmosphere for our party. I wish I could find the words to explain how epic the Secret Singing Waiters were! Everyone at the wedding was so confused at first, but as soon as they got that conga line going there was no stopping them! The performers voices were gorgeous, and absolutely made the wedding for us. It was the best surprise, and we feel so lucky that we had them! Our wedding was on a Sunday, and hand on heart I would recommend to everyone doing a Sunday! Most people will likely leave half way through the night because they'll have work the next day, so this was the best way to have a party with everyone together. I cannot recommend Singing Waiters enough, the team who we spoke with before were so friendly, and as we wanted a bit of a surprise ourselves, worked directly with the venue. Thank you all so much! We had the secret singers perform at our wedding and I can honestly say they absolutely made our day! The whole room was up dancing and doing the Conga, and everyone is still talking about the performance now! It was a huge hit and got everyone in the party mood! "Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. Faultless organisation from start to finish and birthday girl is left with amazing memories of an unforgettable night. She is still smiling! Thank you so much, Mirage.

Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. They kept the flow of people moving, but also keeping smiles on faces, not just of us, but of every single guest! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Mirage organised a fantastic triple 21st birthday party for us. They were very professional from initial planning, six month prior, through to post party clear up. Their experience and attention to detail was invaluable. The combination of a great venue, delicious food, a fab DJ, and those professional cocktail barmen made the party very special indeed!

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

Ella supplied us with some beautiful decorations and lawn games for our wedding last month, and also assisted with setting up and styling the venue. She was so lovely and helpful and as a beautiful selection of props and decor, it was hard to choose what we wanted!
