Ella supplied us with some beautiful decorations and lawn games for our wedding last month, and also assisted with setting up and styling the venue. She was so lovely and helpful and as a beautiful selection of props and decor, it was hard to choose what we wanted!

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

Helen and her team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them. We've used Events by Helen for 5 events now - wedding, anniversary, 50th & 80th bday parties and a London office party. Each time, Helen has been brilliant before the event gathering information, planning the day, sourcing supplies, liaising with other suppliers and ensuring everything is in place. Then on the day Helen and her team work so hard so the event runs like clockwork and managing all aspects, including us. Our most recent event was my daughter's wedding for 150 people at a dry hire event space in London. It was the most magical day, beautifully set up and I got to enjoy every single moment as Helen carried the weight of the day, managing all of the moving parts. It could not have gone any smoother and I couldn't have done it without Helen and her team. Events by Helen is my go to party and event team. Can't recommend them highly enough.

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We had Glitz and Glamour Events' star tent at our wedding, and it looked absolutely fabulous! It made a big impact and was such a great addition to our day. I hired a 16 foot dome for my wife’s Bridgerton-inspired garden dinner party. On a rare sunny summer’s day the dome sparkled, providing an ethereal backdrop to set off the party in style. At night, lights brought the dome to life and created a really unique English summertime ambience. Susan helped me plan my entire event and I recommend a quick phone call as she was so helpful with all the little touches, balloons, lighting, private chef, table & seating etc. I recommend hiring the dome for 2 nights, as it was excellent value for money! Susan a was a joy to work with as she took all the pressure off of planning and delivered exactly what was promised. A truly unique experience.

Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). I felt so listened to—no idea was too small or silly, and Precious always provided thoughtful advice on what would or wouldn’t work. She struck the perfect balance between letting me feel in control and giving me the space to relax. On the day (and during setup the day before), the professionalism of Precious and Sean was truly unmatched. Every vision I had came to life, their attention to detail and problem solving meant that when I walked into the venue after getting ready with my bridesmaids, I was blown away. The little touches they added made it so much more special. They handled all the suppliers so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice anything happening behind the scenes. It felt like all I had to do was enjoy the moment, and they took care of everything else. Honestly, they weren’t just our coordinators and stylists—they were our brains that day, and thanks to them, I was able to switch off completely and soak in every single second. The support they’ve given us before, during, and even after the wedding has been incredible—10/10 doesn’t even begin to describe it. We genuinely feel like we’ve gained a friend. We are so happy that we chose Jessica as our wedding planner. It’s been just over a month now that me and my partner got married in the beautiful country of Italy. When looking for a wedding planner based in Italy, we came across so many barriers. It was a nightmare! and we just couldn’t click with any of them. From the very first conversation we had with Jessica, we instantly knew that she was the planner for us. Jessica is bubbly, funny and reassuring. Her eye for detail is amazing, and she’s so easy to get along with. One thing that we found with a lot of the other planners, is that they would not respond for weeks! Jessica honestly would respond within a couple of hours. Of course it isn’t always possible to get a response so quickly, but if Jessica was away on holiday or busy with another event, she would always let us know in advance. Communication is key when planning such an important day and Jessica was so communicative throughout the whole process. Not just with us but with all the other vendors to. On the big day Jessica ensured that our venue was styled just how we envisioned it, even better than what we expected. We were truly wowed. Honestly it was breathtaking to look at. After months of searching for someone that shared the same vision and budget we had, we stumbled upon Rita. She did the decorations for our Church venue and left us nothing but speechless. We had one initial consultation where we laid out exactly what we were after, Rita was more than happy to take on the challenge – her can do attitude put us at ease immediately. Rita was vivacious and professional and understood the elegancy we wanted in the décor. The first time we saw her work was on the big day – she did not disappoint. The arch was by far our favourite and exceeded our expectations from the picture we showed her. Rita comes highly recommended for décor and flower arrangements – great service and superb work, a 5 star from us.

Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. I wish I could find the words to explain how epic the Secret Singing Waiters were! Everyone at the wedding was so confused at first, but as soon as they got that conga line going there was no stopping them! The performers voices were gorgeous, and absolutely made the wedding for us. It was the best surprise, and we feel so lucky that we had them! Our wedding was on a Sunday, and hand on heart I would recommend to everyone doing a Sunday! Most people will likely leave half way through the night because they'll have work the next day, so this was the best way to have a party with everyone together. I cannot recommend Singing Waiters enough, the team who we spoke with before were so friendly, and as we wanted a bit of a surprise ourselves, worked directly with the venue. Thank you all so much! My fiance and I worked with Bina while organising our Hindu wedding and reception. The event was perfect, our guests had an incredible time and we stayed close to our budget.
