Absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend Elite Events enough! We hired the large flower arch, wooden crates & lanterns for our wedding. So many of our guests loved the flower arch and couldn't believe it wasn't real flowers. It definitely appeared in a lot of people's pictures! It complemented the venue so well and we were so happy with it. The lanterns were such a simple touch to add beauty to the outside of the venue and the crates were perfect for our welcome sign. Meg was so helpful throughout & was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much! Would 100% use Elite Events again.

I got married last Saturday and had an afternoon tea in a village hall after. I trusted Meg completely to decorate as she felt fit with florals for the tables but keeping things simple at the same time. I also hired a rustic barrel for our cake to go on. I had NO idea what I would see when I walked into the hall but I was blown away! It all looked gorgeous but simple at the same time - exactly what I wanted!! Meg was absolutely amazing with communicating with me from the first email which took a lot of stress away. Thank you Meg for turning a blank canvas into something I felt was really special

Meg and her team supplied us with the perfect decor for our daughters wedding blessing in the garden. From the floral wedding arch, which was stunning to the beautiful dressed chairs and selfie Photo Booth, everyone was blown away with how gorgeous it looked. Wow, what an excellent service from Elite Events Hire. I called Meg in tears a week before my 40th party as another vendor let me down last minute, I really didn’t think I would be able to find anyone but after moving some things around she slotted me in and done the most amazing set up for me with LED numbers and balloons. Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

After our wedding we’ve been asked by many of our friends, what advice would we give them on the big day, what would we not go without.. Without a doubt our number 1 thing we’ve said back has been Precious and her team. We had Green Lilly events do on the day day planning for us, after many months of crazy stress trying to work out how to plan and run a wedding, have Green Lilly come in and take over was beyond amazing. For us, what made Green Lilly a step ahead of other wedding planners, was an amazing ability to know how to guide the wedding, give such invaluable advice (which genuinely made the day better) but also to really respect what we wanted and help make that happen. Precious is such a professional, she knows weddings inside out and will make your day so much better. We’ve already told every friend we know you need her and her team at their wedding.

Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! All our guests commented on how stunning it looked

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Simply the best! We used Mirage Parties to organise our daughter's wedding and they were outstanding. Their attention to detail, creativity, expertise and overall ease to work with were fantastic. We had the most amazing event which will last in our memories for ever. If you want something special, unique and tailored to you then we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. They kept the flow of people moving, but also keeping smiles on faces, not just of us, but of every single guest! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

"Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. Faultless organisation from start to finish and birthday girl is left with amazing memories of an unforgettable night. She is still smiling! Thank you so much, Mirage.

Mirage organised a fantastic triple 21st birthday party for us. They were very professional from initial planning, six month prior, through to post party clear up. Their experience and attention to detail was invaluable. The combination of a great venue, delicious food, a fab DJ, and those professional cocktail barmen made the party very special indeed!

We hired Surrey Hills Venues & Events to organise our engagement party. This was the first time we had ever used an event planner and we found the whole experience relaxing and fun. Sacha was so friendly and welcoming and understood exactly what we wanted, giving us some amazing ideas that we hadn't even thought of. It was a great experience and something we would definitely recommend. We look forward to her planning our wedding!

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! And on our wedding day both Lauren and Tash were amazing, so efficient and on top of everything.Our friends and family mentioned how lovely and great they were too. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

I say this because these are just a handle of the things she did for my husband and I in the lead up to and the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond just doesn’t do it justice! My husband was initially skeptical when I decided to work with a wedding planner - his thoughts now? “Hiring Helen is the best money we’ve ever spent, the wedding would not have happened without her help!” My wedding has been one of the greatest days of my life and it would not have gone so smoothly without Helen’s calming presence, firm but friendly leadership and very warm smile. Our guests really felt she was a part of a wedding. Book her before she gets booked up!!!

Helen was fantastic. She was a huge support throughout the whole process. Don’t think I would have made it through without her! I would highly highly highly recommend!

We cannot thank Helen enough for all the support she gave us on the lead up to our wedding, but more importantly, on the day. We hired Helen to do the ‘day-co-ordination’ but she was always there beforehand to ask any questions or just run ideas past. Helen also supplied the table service staff which was great to have all logistics under Helen herself. We used h squared for our wedding in July 2024 and we honestly can’t recommend them enough! It was a very “DIY” day so we were worried about switching off from planning mode to just enjoy it. Helen put us at ease in the lead up, advising and helping with issues and Isobel could not have been more helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself. She was around in the lead up and helped us anticipate potential issues before they arose. She was in control of the whole day but somehow blended into the background. We were aware of her being there keeping everything ticking along without feeling like we were being ordered around. If you are planning any event any time soon, h squared is the way to go, what a team! She even found out our favourite drinks and met us at the end of the aisle with them (photo attached!)
