I am a nervous patient, however my experience of Elmsleigh Dental care is extremely positive. The warm reception from the front desk team relaxes me, and the treatment I have received from Hugh Cowley has been amazing. Appointments are always on time, and I can honestly say I have not felt any pain at all during treatment for an implant. Everything is explained and aftercare support is also fabulous.

My family have been attending the Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic for the past 22 years. We have received the best care we could wish for, from regular checkups to crowns, microscopic root canals and orthodontics. Nobody in our family is ‘afraid of dentist’ because Cathleen our dentist has worked with each of us specifically and all treatments were of exceptional quality, using only the best materials and modern facilities. The clinic has a welcoming ‘spa’ like allure with outstanding cleanliness and very polite and patient receptionists. Gillian the hygienist has been applying the most up to date techniques (for 20 years) and Costa, the orthodontist did almost the impossible for my daughter’s misaligned teeth. I must specify the out of hours email and phone suport that has been so comforting to use. Thank you everyone at Elmsleigh Dental Clinic.

I have been going to Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic for many years now and highly recommend it. I first saw Cathleen for some cosmetic dentistry and was so impressed with her attention to detail I have stayed with her ever since. She works hard to ensure you get the result you want and is so kind and sensible in her approach to dentistry. Whilst you need to book well ahead, Adrienne is a fantastic Hygienist and worth the wait. All the staff here are helpful and friendly and the waiting area is clean and welcoming which makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience. There are other options locally but I don’t think I could beat the service I receive here.

Highly recommend Elmsleigh House for your dental needs. The nicest dental experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Olivia has helped me so much with fixing my hypoplastic teeth with whitening and composite bonding. I’ve had countless compliments on my smile ever since. She is one of the nicest people and really cares about helping her patients by prioritizing using less invasive techniques. I no longer feel the need to cover my mouth when I laugh anymore, thank you Olivia.

I honestly don't know how to explain how fantastic a dental experience I had with Elmsleigh... From start to finish the team are polite, empathetic, and professional. I am a nervous patient and Louise immediately put me at ease whilst handling my call and provided me with all of the information I could have asked for. I required an urgent appointment and I was fortunate enough to be accommodated on the same day (won't always be possible). On the clinical side Hugh and Sophie were an incredible team, I cannot say thank you enough... Skilled absolutely, but Hugh's reassurance and explanations throughout were ideal and matched perfectly to what I personally needed on the day. Go to the dentist with confidence with Elmsleigh. I will be taking my family there also, five stars never more well deserved.

I'm aged 57 and have had a fear of the dentists since I was small and I have found this to be the best Dentist Practice I have ever experienced. Catherine and the other receptionists are very welcoming and reassuring. Teresa the hygienist is very methodical, gentle and patient. Mitesh is the most calm, reassuring and professional dentist. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Their membership plan is fabulous too and ensures I have a 6 monthly dentist and hygienist check. I was urgently after an emergency appointment for an abscess I had… Helen and Nicole on reception could not have done more. They managed to get an appointment at a time that worked for everyone involved and were incredible at getting back to me when I was in-between meetings. Mitesh, the dentist, was thorough, concise and talked me through everything he was doing; what more can you ask for? I walked out knowing what the problem was, antibiotics to sort it and information for how to mitigate the issue in the future. Thank you all!

My experience started with a very understanding phone call with the receptionist, the following morning I had the first appointment and was received with a smile and chat before I even saw the dentist ( so relaxing) After a couple of minutes I was called in and after a short while my tooth was extracted. I had an excellent dentist in Sutton, but due to travelling difficulties decided to register with a dentist in my area (Epsom). I selected Chessington Dental Surgery and 12/09/2024 had an appointment with the hygienist Mojgan Hamedi and the dentist Tariq Qureshi. I cannot recommend them both highly enough, for their excellent treatment, combined with professionalism, friendly manner and every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable and pain free.

Dr Qureshi was so nice and reassuring throughout, very good to go to if you’re nervous about the dentist. They were also very fair and transparent about costs throughout and only did fillings if absolutely needed but they check with you first and talk through all possible options. A few people have recommended this practice to me and I can see why now that I’ve gone!

I had a wonderful experience at Morden Park Dental Practice and I would highly recommend it. The clinic is clean and cosy and the staff are very accomodating and welcoming. Drs Serena and Roshan have been thorough and excellent in explaining the procedure necessary for my dental needs giving me a detailed instruction in every step which helped greatly with my anxiety with dental treatments. They adjust according to what is best and most comfortble for their clients ensuring a great patient experience. Nurse Kate has been lovely and amazing. She was very much reassuring during my procedure and it helped alleviate my nerves. The staff are also warm, friendly and very helpful. I am happy with the results and am grateful for the outstanding service.

I had the best experience with Morden park dental, been coming here since I was a child and recently had implants and bridge treatment as well as teeth whitening, they all really looked after me and I’m so happy with my results! This is an amazing dental practice which provides a very professional service with friendly staff who go above and beyond! I needed some emergency dental work and Serena and the whole team at Morden Park Dental Practice were very accommodating. After seeing me at short notice they were able to carry out the work to a high standard, carefully explaining what they were doing at each stage of the process. I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Even the anesthetic injection, which I normally dread, was completely painless—an absolute first for me! Vipul’s attention to detail and his dedication to high standards were evident throughout. The teamwork between him and the brilliant dental nurse Emma was seamless. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To my surprise, I experienced no pain at all after the procedure—not even the day after, which I found truly remarkable. Been going to this dentist for about 3 years now! They have been great, all the staff are so friendly and have really put my mind at ease to come. Ive recently been working with them to sort my grinding out, and after a few visits and them giving me all the information. I decided to get botox which helped the tension in the jaw a reduced the grinding, I now also use a night guard. And because ive been able to reduce the grinding I recently had composit bonding to rebuild my 2 front teeth! And I left so happy, it was fairly easy and quick! Painfree too! I highly recommend

I neglected going to a dentist after a traumatic experience with a dental implant going wrong and other bad experiences. A member of my family recommended Surrey Dental. On my first visit when I had a consultation and check up with Dr Singh, she inspired me with confidence and I have had a few visits since to make my mouth good and restore some neglect. Every time the treatment has been thorough, and done to the highest standard with the minimum of discomfort. She is a perfectionist. I also had an extraction, done quickly with no pain at all. All of the staff are kind and make me feel at ease, particularly Manasa. Any nervous patient would feel reassured and cared for here. I would highly recommend this practice.

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. The best dental practice ever! And I speak with many decades of experience of less talented dentists. Dr Bravis is not only very skilled and well qualified, she is also gentle and engaging and never hurts and so I no longer dread visits to the dentist and am prepared to travel from central London. I’ve had two dental implants and my front teeth built up recently and all went very well. Andrea, the dental nurse, was very kind and reassuring when my jaw was being drilled and Tina on reception is very helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

The whole team has been so friendly and approachable at every appointment and quick to respond to my queries. Dr Bravis has done a super job for me with my Invisalign treatment. She has always been honest about saying when I don’t need work done too which I feel is not always what happens in some private sectors. I value and trust her opinions.

I have been a patient of Thames Dental since January 2021. I have some very complex dentistry work completed, and i am beyond ecstatic about the results Dr Bravis and her team have transformed my smile and my dental health. From booking in to treatment i have found all the staff extremely polite and helpful everyone has excellent personal skills and make you feel comfortable throughout appointments and are careful not to rush, the team have kept me up to date about my appointments and my progress and offered different payment plans to help. I cannot recommend enough Dr Bravis and the team at Thames Dental.
