After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Even the anesthetic injection, which I normally dread, was completely painless—an absolute first for me! Vipul’s attention to detail and his dedication to high standards were evident throughout. The teamwork between him and the brilliant dental nurse Emma was seamless. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To my surprise, I experienced no pain at all after the procedure—not even the day after, which I found truly remarkable. I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the receptionist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, such an incredible team full of brilliant service and compassion that goes such a long way. The best possible dental experience! The practice feels welcoming and relaxing, while also being highly professional with modern equipment and fittings. All of the staff are lovely and personable, making sure you are at ease. Dr Shaun has a very kind and gentle demeanour and takes great care to make any treatments as comfortable as possible.

I have had a good experience here. Dr Patel is thorough with his examination and gives a care plan with options where available. Going to a dental clinic is something i never look forward to but the team are nice and i don’t feel like I’m being fleeced. There’s a small parking to the rear of the building as well, which is always helpful.

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Dr Kataria was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful for all the care I received. He always took the time to explain everything carefully and in a way that I could understand, considered my priorities, and involved me when deciding on treatment next steps. I felt that I understood the treatment, the reasons behind it, and possible next steps. His technical abilities are amazing, and he was so reassuring and kind throughout. I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . A friendly, efficient and well resourced practice. The appointment reminder system is excellent and very hard to ignore. The only thing that irritates me a little is the use of online questionnaires to try to sell me additional services.

Took our elderly neighbour after she’d tripped up in the garden and badly ripped skin on her leg. Seen by a nurse within 5 minutes , then by a doctor. Receptionist and medical staff extremely polite and professional.

Went to Caterham Dene Minor Injuries Unit this morning. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I was triaged quickly then saw the senior nurse practitioner, had an x-,ray and then another consultation with the practitioner. Diagnosis - broken ankle. Fitted with a walking boot, clear instructions given about how to manage the break and what would happen next. Very impressive and all done in under 2 hours. Every HCP introduced themselves and explained the process. All very friendly - an absolutely excellent service! Thank you, NHS and Caterham Dene.
