Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

Halfway through treatment. Bridge and implant. I'm a very nervous patient and I have been cared for and reassured at every step. Really good very professional and thorough. Go here. For example I saw dr shwarma and Dr Kavi both were excellent. Dr Kavi went beyond in her consultation she was able to identify that I have a jaw occlusion that meant I have a crossbite and gave me the option of referral. I really appreciate this as NO DENTIST has ever told me I have an inherited occlusion and I spent 3 years in braces and lost 4 teeth not knowing why and not fixing the issue I actually had. Now I have the option to sort out an issue that has given me low confidence since my teenage years

Recently joined the practice and had a great first experience with Dr Aradhana and Carlene the hygienist. Chloe on the front desk was very helpful and made the whole process painless.

I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with their care and service from Receptionist to Hygienist to the Dentist. My present dentist is Derek Whittle who is respectful, gentle, patient and will always explain anything he is going to do and ensure you are comfortable. It is certainly a pleasant Practice to visit at all times who endeavor to take the upmost care of the patient. I would certainly recommend Derek Whittle and the Practice.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

The friendly and professional service from reception and Dr. Downey were top tier and the pricing throughout was transparent and fair. This clinic is a valuable asset for Dorking and I highly recommend visiting for a check up or if you have any dental issue, to get the best treatment available.

As a terrified patient, I had my appointment today to have a tooth removed ( a visibly front one, for which I was so upset about) Previously, james has worked on my teeth , James ( Jim) is absolutely incredible, as are all of his amazing assistants, I cannot sing praises for Arundel lodge enough, totally brilliant! I recently visited Specialist Dental and was blown away by their beautiful and welcoming practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you want when visiting a dentist.

Had an implant done at this practice a year or two ago. They are not cheap, but they know what they are doing! I'm pleased with the outcome so far.

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. I have received the best possible care and attention to detail was given at every appointment. Every member of the Reception team, all of the nurses and all dental practitioners that took care of me were so caring and gentle and after the first appointment I was actually looking forward to the next visits. All of the specialists are superbly skilled. They all showed incredible level of expertise in their individual fields. I would like to thank dr William and dr Mohamed, lovely Michelle and Georgia, Dawn at Reception but most of all dr Lucy, she is my favourite!

Longborough have given me excellent treatment over several years. This includes some replacement fillings and a capped tooth, plus regular hygiene appointments. Extremely well organized, good facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and most importantly pain free. Not cheap, but good value for money.

Excellent dentist, always willing to find a good treatment plan and was able to fix an implant instead of having a whole new one done.

Not usually the one to leave a review, however I must say I was very pleased with the service provided. The team was very lovely and made me feel very relaxed even though I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend them more! Deserves 6 stars. Always happy with the care received at the GDP practice. Dr Atthi is super gentle and answers any questions with patience. I really appreciate how he takes the time to do a detailed check before letting you go or providing any recommendations. The hygienists, nurses and receptionist also provide a great of service in a helpful, friendly and professional way. A big thank you to the team!

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. This practice was rightly recommended to me by my wife and has been excellent. Akhil is very friendly and professional and checked my mouth out very comprehensively. The initial verdict was not great but I appreciated the honesty. I had to have a couple of extractions which I was dreading, but in the event it was all over very quickly. He numbed me up suitably without leaving me a dribbling wreck afterwards, and his post-operative care notes were very useful.

I had two fillings carried out and the work was executed painlessly in a thoroughly professional way. I would recommend Dr Akhil Patel highly for his expertise and care.

I was so stressed about finding a skilled and ethical dentist when I moved to Guildford. I’ve had an absolute horror experience in London a few years ago. After much research I found Mo and I couldn’t be happier! He is extremely professional, diligent and honest.

What a great team! I used to come here years ago, but then moved away. On my return I came to Waterden, still the same, but better if possible. Mitul was gentle and so honest which I appreciated, Sachi the hygienist, definitely the best I’ve ever had and Melissa the receptionist a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.
