Today was my third visit to the practise and regardless of me hating the dentist as most people do this has to be my best experience by far! Even before i became a patient i rang the surgery with some concerns and they answered them all with kindness and empathy. My dentist Nikita is amazing.I was anxious before the actual treament but she erased all my fear. Thankyou guys.

Went in for a crown, fillings and mouth guard, I had an absolutely amazing experience, Shaileen in reception was very kind and accommodating, Nikki my dentist was just simply the best, very knowledgeable and very thoughtful, I felt no pain at all during my procedures, state-of-the-art equipment, the entire team was friendly and professional, lucky and grateful to have them in my area

I had extractions and dentures made by Dr. Phanse. She is really gentle, she takes the time to explain everything and make sure you are happy with the treatment plan.The nurses and the receptionists are lovely and always helpful. Thank you Oaktre Dental for making me feel reassured and comfortable during the treatment received.

Last week was my 3rd visit, every time I visit I'm greeted and made to feel really welcome. If you are afraid of the dentist come here!! There is so much care from when you first walk in you will immediately be put at ease. I've been for both check ups and the hygienist. Both were exceptional!! Normally I walk away from dentist with my mouth feeling like it has taken a few hits, not here, both were so gentle and their attention to providing every comfort is outstanding. No rough polishing or knocking the teeth with the equipment. So gentle at times I actually thought are they doing anything!! I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough. Thank you everyone at Oaktree, you are all amazing.

I have no reservations in recommending Whitgift Dental. I have been a patient for over 24 years! Indeed all 3 of my children have been patients through their baby to grown up years. In all this time I have been more than happy with the treatment we have all received. A professional, welcoming, fully equipped, spotlessly clean Practice with attached hygienist service, I have always received good care & advice. You can always book in to see your regular dentist & hygienist one after the other which is great. & on the few occasions I have needed to see a dentist urgently I have always been able to get a very quick appointment. Fees for dental work needed is always very clearly detailed. I have recently relocated to East Sussex & still I continue to make the hour long journey to WD for my checkups & hygienist appointments!

As usual my appointment with hygienist Jola was carried out professionally, on time and with friendly advice. Seeing the Practice staff is like seeing friends, they cannot do enough to make the whole process of your dental treatment seamless & painless (literally!).

Thank you to Dr Corinne Tavares for being such a brilliant dental hygienist. Corinne is very professional and friendly and immediately put me at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives helpful guidance on dental care. Corinne is very thorough whilst still being very gentle and has completely transformed my experience of attending the dentist! Thank you to the expert Dr Lalani who is very patient with me. Just had an emergency appointment and it has been dealt with immediately. I've been going to Whitgift Dental Practice for years and have always received top-notch service. After several bad experiences with a previous dental practice I was apprehensive about continuing the journey towards better oral health. After glowing recommendations from a family member I decided to give Shirley Dental Practice a try. Choosing this dental practice was my best decision of 2024. I dislodged a cap on Christmas Day and left a message with Shirley Dental Practice for the earliest possible appointment, They contacted me on their first day back and booked me in for a morning appointment. Shiv replaced the original cap after preparing both tooth and cap. He ensured that it was a comfortable fit and gave me a full account of possible future outcomes. As always his work was informative, efficient and professional.

This is the most well cared practice and with lots of experience in the day to day practice. Shiv and Minal And Sapna are excellent Doctors and they have abilities to comfort the patients. I will highly recommend for any dental treatment.

Dr Mish and his team are incredible! I'm a really nervous patient, and I'm Autistic and have ADHD which can make appointments and treatment quite challenging. Dr Mish explained the issue with my gums and my treatment options. I opted to have complete sedation to complete my treatment and was quite anxious on the day but I really couldn't have been in better hands. My partner was equally impressed with the care I received, and as a nervous patient himself would have no qualms in approaching Gentle Dental Care for treatment.

1st round of treatment, Was a little nervous, but the staff were very informative and once numb, I felt nothing so it made me relax even more. Tbh I feel more nervous at my own dentist than going to GDC (maybe because the dentist give you the news.) I'm looking forward to the 2nd round of treatment.

The whole team at Gentle Dental Care are amazing and it starts from the top with Dr Mish. I have been using Gentle Dental Care for my routine treatments for several years. So I had no hesitation in using the practice for more specialist services. Dr Sadia completed a broken tooth extraction, she was professional but kind when putting me at ease for the procedure. In short she is awesome! I am now seeing Dr Mish for implant treatment. He and the team who I spoke with before Dr Mish are very knowledgeable and spend the time explaining your options, the processes and answering any queries you might have. Gentle Dental Care are fantastic. All the team are welcoming and care about their patients, when it's needed, they go above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The service from the Administration department at the Ivory dental practice is 1st class. The dental professionals are absolutely superb. I would rate Ivory dental as the best you can find anywhere. Professional, friendly and above all, a practice you can trust.

Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.

Amazing service! Everyone is professional and warm from the moment you walk in. I’ve been several times and always left with a smile on my face (made even better by the dentists of course!) I hadn't been to Kams office for a few years now, no need as he did a great job with my implants. Today he checked them and after 4yrs still perfect. I did see the hygienist 6 months ago, from one of his other Dental locations. The care concern and expertise still remain at a high standard.

Dr.Kam is professional and always professional & always Pain free treatment The whole team has a fantastic customer service skills. Hygienist Lina is very good and also very professional. The centre is clean, tidy and a calm environment. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. The dentist Ian is fantastic! I have been a nervous patient for years, but I'm not anymore. He is calm, patient and straight forward in his approach. He speaks in easy to understand terms and is realistic. Dentists can sometimes make you feel like a school child who hasn't done their homework (flossing!), he is not one of those. Ian gives advice and is as the practice name would suggest... gentle! I would highly recommend this practice.

Managed to get a same day appointment as I had a toothache. Was seen by a lovely dentist who was gentle and understanding of my pain. Took x-ray to determine whether infection was tooth or gum and prescribed antibiotics.

My experience at Dental Beauty has been excellent. I have seen the dentist and hygienest recently and during both appointments great care was taken to understand my needs. Receptionist is super friendly and helpful - the one who sits at the front is usually the one I speak with. The dentist I have had has also been friendly and helpful with any questions I ask. Especially Andriana, I’m always throwing questions her way. She makes you felt comfortable and is reassuring with treatments.

The reception staff are lovely, the waiting area is comfortable. My Dentist is very nice and explains things as she goes along. She also checked how I was feeling several times during my treatment. The only negative is that I am always seen late. I am always early for my appointments.

My wife and I have been delighted with Mayfield Dental. We have been patients for 13 years now since Deepali took over the surgery from Vital Lakhani. She has redesigned the surgery, adding a reception area where you are welcomed by a friendly receptionist and the waiting area and toilet are first class. The whole treatment area is impeccable where hygiene comes as a given. My own treatment is carefully discussed and agreed in advance. I had to take an emergency appointment due to swelling on my face and bad toothache. When I checked in the google the first dental surgery came up on the screen was Mayfield. I made a call around 7 pm on a Saturday and Dr. Deepali attended the phone call. Due to my condition without any hesitations she was happy to see me on the same day in her clinic and she explained me everything and put me on antibiotics. Soon I recovered and she arranged another appointment to do my dental check and cleaning. As per my request she arranged an emergency tooth extraction with a dental surgeon next to that week. I was so nervous about extraction. But they made me so comfortable and the entire process was completely painless. The overall procedure was finished within 10 minutes. After reaching home I had 2 phone-call to make sure I was ok. All the staffs were extremely helpful and polite including the receptionist. Especially, Dr. Deepali, her friendly conversation made me so comfortable and she was one of best dentist I have ever seen.
