I have been attending this practice for many years prior to the new ownership. I have always been impressed with the efficiency and the staff. Simon Birch is very professional and an excellent Dentist.

I actually love going to this dental practice, Simon Birch is the best dentist you could imagine, very professional, extremely good at his job. All the staff are always smiling, welcoming and helpful. My husband introduced me to the practice and now our daughter goes there with us. We’ve been talking about relocating for a while but we really need to stay in the area as we can’t imagine finding as good a dentist anywhere else!

The receptionists at Sync Dental Guildford are always so warm and welcoming. They are efficient and very polite. An asset to your business. I am lucky in the fact that I have known Mr Birch for over 30 years! He is a wonderful dentist. Always so positive, discusses everything with me. Explains the options for any treatment needed, he's kind and very gentle. To whoever is reading this...the old name of The Gables felt much nicer.

Repeat visit for me but first visit for my wife. As always, service is professional and sympathetically undertaken by Gavin and his team. He is very thorough, gentle , and takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and what needs to be done to avoid trouble in the future

A very welcoming & extremely efficient dental practice. I’ve been attending here for 10+ years, and have always found the staff to be friendly & helpful.

The dental staff are very welcoming and athough I am not a nervous patient, the whole time during your appointment as treatment commences it is dealt with in a highly professional manner. The dentist is making you fully aware of any issues, the xrays were there for me to see and him to explain any changes noticed. He is also explaining everything he can see during the examination and treatments or choices that are available to you. Very good at engaging with the patient and this makes the whole visit calm and reassuring. He cleaned and polished my teeth to a very high standard and I would recommend this practise to friends and family.

I found the staff at the practice deeply caring and knowledgeable in their specialism. I had a complex issue and the dentist I was seeing referred me to the head of the practice (Claudio). The head assessed me and made a hospital dentistry referral. The referral was very clear to consultants & I was accepted. I now enjoy eating and smiling. Thank you so much Natalia and Claudio.

Highly recommended! My whole family, 5 people aged 23 to 95, attend this practice. All staff provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Treatments are fully explained and discussed and carried out in a professional and reassuring fashion.

After not visiting a dentist for a number of years I had a lot to fix and was very nervous. Claudio and his team were wonderful, patient and understanding. Especially as I find everything about having my teeth worked on really uncomfortable. They listened to my concerns and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway. Most recently I have seen Dr Ali and his care and consideration and recommendations have been invaluable. I trust his judgement and am grateful to have such an excellent dental practice close to home.

What a fantastic, fast efficient service. My normal dentist was not able to fit me in as an emergency so I thought I would try Brookwood Dental Studios. Convenient as located within Sainsbury's. I called on Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday the same week however when a cancellation came up they called me and fitted me in the very next day. Dr Snehal Punny and her nurse assistant were lovely, putting me at ease with their calm manner. I have now registered as a new patient and returning again in a couple of weeks for a check up. She is very clear and capable of explaining details of the treatment in a way that it was easy for me to understand. She has also demonstrated having a refined level of attention to detail and delivered the treatment in a timely manner and, fundamentally important, without any pain during or after the appointments. I recently visited Specialist Dental and was blown away by their beautiful and welcoming practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you want when visiting a dentist.

Amazingly disability inclusive environment. My daughter is autistic and blind. The dental hygienist Rebecca, always takes her time explaining the procedure and the next steps, constantly reassuring and praising my daughter. Thank you

What a great team! I used to come here years ago, but then moved away. On my return I came to Waterden, still the same, but better if possible. Mitul was gentle and so honest which I appreciated, Sachi the hygienist, definitely the best I’ve ever had and Melissa the receptionist a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I was so stressed about finding a skilled and ethical dentist when I moved to Guildford. I’ve had an absolute horror experience in London a few years ago. After much research I found Mo and I couldn’t be happier! He is extremely professional, diligent and honest.

This is an outstanding dental practice. I worked in dentistry many years ago in the states and have high expectations, all of them being met here. From the lovely receptionist, to the extremely detailed hygienist and finally to the dentist who use the latest technology with expertise. The entire team are so warm and gentle. I can’t recommend them enough.

I moved over to Harewood 18 months ago and have never looked back. My dentist is thorough but pragmatic, and would never suggest work that didn't truly need to be done. The customer service is excellent, I can always get an appointment quickly, and the handover to their specialist implant surgeon was seamless. A great dental practice, and I have experience of quite a few!

Really good very professional and thorough. Go here. For example I saw dr shwarma and Dr Kavi both were excellent. Dr Kavi went beyond in her consultation she was able to identify that I have a jaw occlusion that meant I have a crossbite and gave me the option of referral. I really appreciate this as NO DENTIST has ever told me I have an inherited occlusion and I spent 3 years in braces and lost 4 teeth not knowing why and not fixing the issue I actually had. Now I have the option to sort out an issue that has given me low confidence since my teenage years
