Excellent Salon, welcoming from the moment you step through the door. Receptionist are helpful and friendly. I started using collections Hair Club after reading such good reviews . My hair was a disaster and Sophie transformed it, she was patient and explained the process to get my hair to the healthy shiny hair I now have ! The salon is a really relaxing experience and always looks amazing. I would highly recommend it

I can’t recommend Collections enough! Fabulous salon with the best professional team who give a wonderful service and advice. Dan has been cutting and styling my hair for the last 7 years and he is a master with my hair, leaving it so manageable until the next appointment. My partner goes to him too now. I have previously left a 5* review but I think another one needs to be left!! Wow. I just had a full set of classic lash extensions with Elleyce and I am so pleased I love them!! Having never had them done before Elleyce explained everything there was to know and what would look best with my lashes as they are super long naturally anyway. Definitely worth booking!

I've been going to Amy T for well over a year for my nails and more specifically nail art. She's probably the best nail art technician I have used in the whole of Surrey (and I've tried a lot). It's nice to get your nails done by a professional in clean and modern environment and Amy clearly has the same crazy passion for nail art perfection as I do! I have brought her many a design off Pinterest and she's managed to 'nail it' (excuse the pun!) every time and shows massive amount of patience with my nail art requests. Since introducing Hydrafacial to their salon last year, I have also had this treatment many times with Amy T and her dedication to detail and level of enthusiasm and knowledge is equally as high. Most recently I had Profhilo with Amy. In the past I have been known to bruise quite easily with this treatment but I had minimal marks on my face, no bruising at all, and it was clear Amy was confident and knew what she was doing when it comes to injecting this product. It's a lovely little welcoming salon, with both Amy T and Amy very passionate about what they do.

First time to this clinic and it didn’t disappoint. Amy was absolutely lovely, professional and went the extra mile. I tried a new treatment and was very satisfied with the service provided. I can see why derma-planing is popular . I was very thankful to have a taster of what micro needling feels like and it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I imagined. I look forward to coming back and having more treatments with a beautician who felt personable and caring. Thank you Amy.

I had an amazing experience in the salon. The salon looks incredible and high end. The very friendly team took care of me during the visit. I had balayage done by Anna. I am super happy with the beautiful effect. I’d highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wow so Simply the best experience! I needed roots doing and they fitted me in stayed behind and I got the best colour ever Thank you Frances needless to say I am a raving fan and next visit I will book an appointment and definitely repeat!! The photo is of the pool in the spa!

Jill Lenihan at Gielly Green is the queen of layers! She did an awesome layered cut on long hair and a fabulous blow dry. Jill carefully listened to what I was looking for and once we agreed on the haircut, she very skillfully delivered. The photos speak for themselves. My hair still looks great several weeks later.

Sorry for the late review It is the first time in years I have felt comfortable, & happy that I was in the hands of a truly experienced hair dresser 🤗🤗.. I had an initial consultation ( 2 days before) plus a skin test as I was having colour as well as cut & blow dry. Had the most wonderful experience at Sorella! Took my 4 month with me and everyone was so lovely and accommodating, they made sure I had the 5 star treatment even with a little one. Liv (who does my hair) is incredible, she is so lovely and really took the time to listen to what I wanted; going through photos together etc and her confidence just puts me at ease. I don’t have enough word to say how much I like Sorella. I have been there as a model for hair cut and coloring. They are such lovely, friendly people. They explain you what they are doing. I love every corner of Sorella it aesthetically pleasing to your eyes. Naomi always makes me feel comfortable and guides and advises me through each appointment. As someone who is a little squeamish and not a huge fan of the process for getting amazing powder brush eyebrows, Naomi takes her time with me, chats away and makes me feel at ease from the second I walk in. There isn’t another human being on this planet that I would let near my eyebrows - she’s the best 🙌🏻

First time at The Little Parlour and it was a brilliant experience! Sammy was so lovely, really friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had a spray tan treatment and she did a fantastic job, it was a really even and a lovely colour with no patches or orange tones. Will definitely be back, thanks the little parlour :)

Today I had the most amazing nail service today by the fabulous Karen. From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and got taken upstairs for my appointment in the spa. I got offered a range of hot drinks after choosing my nail colour. Karen had some great suggestions and idea about the gold foil what I just totally love. We had a great chat and I’m going to be rebooking very soon! The whole experience from start to finish was truly fabulous. I’ve also had my hair done in the salon as well by a few of the team there. Each and everyone single one of them are so talented. You would be in very safe hands with who ever you go with. Thanks team Aveda! I will be back.

I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! So thank you very much Amy for giving me a perfect new style and for doing a fab job! Xx

Cannot recommend Ellie and this salon enough. Having moved from another salon Ellie and the team made sure to make me feel like I’d been a lifelong client, with a special touch being a welcome message on the mirror on my chair, a small touch which delivered delight! My consultation with Ellie was fantastic, I was open to ideas but had a few of my own suggestions, she was professional and gave her expertise and the haircut I am left with I am absolutely loving! The whole appointment was a pleasure, with Ellie going above and beyond to take the time to show me how to blow dry my fringe properly and gave me recommendations on products for my natural hair (which I purchased). I can’t wait to come back, thank you Ellie and the Cutting Room x

My 11 year old daughter just had her hair cut by Ellie. This was our first visit to the salon and I have to say it was so refreshing to walk into a salon and be greeted so warmly by all the staff. Ellie was fantastic she gave great advice and took the time to understand what my daughter wanted. Highly recommend Ellie and the salon.
