The ambience in this salon is great. My first visit this morning. A previous salon not a positive colouring experience. Kelly, Paige and the lady washing hair, are fantastic. I cannot rate this salon high enough. Paige, cut and blow dry. I consider the best cut and finish for my hair I have ever experienced. A very happy customer. I look forward to Kelly colouring my hair in the near future.

Having just moved to Haslemere, I couldn’t be more delighted to stumble across Millie Jones hairdressers. Wonderful warm welcome from Rachel and an incredible hairstyle from Katie. So delighted Millie could fit me in. I travel from London to see Millie as she simply is the best colorist I have had. I get so Many compliments and I always know Millie will do a great job - the technique used also means it lasts longer. The salon is very welcoming - highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the experience. My daughter's hair is thick and curly, and finding someone who knows how to handle it has always been a challenge. But Jack was incredible! From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. He listened carefully to what we wanted and gave professional advice on what would work best for her curls. My daughter left the salon beaming with joy, and can’t wait to return.

I have frizzy curly hair and Enzo really took the time to understand my hair and to give me a wonderful cut. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely be returning!

Had a colour including foils by Paris, trainee, under the full expert guidance of Catherine. Christian did a demo cut on my short hair, explaining all his thought processes to Paris. She will cut my hair next time. Lovely people, training the hairstylists of the future!

Been having my hair cut by Christian for a few years now - great with my curls and really understands my hair. Super friendly team who give an especially warm, patient welcome to my 6 year old for his cut. Also love watching the clouds as I have my hair washed!

Came in for highlights with Sangeeta today, I had her a few months ago and she was incredible and recommended I bring my clip in extensions in next time so she could see the colour, so I did! The colour match is PERFECT! An absolute hair expert 💯

Leigh was fantastic at advising me on my hair colour, as I wanted to lighten up my very dark hair to create more tones. Fantastic service from the Anstruther team today! Leigh’s exceptional attention to detail is always impressive and my colour looks gorgeous . I even enjoyed a manicure by Mira while getting my hair coloured which was a fantastic bonus and Carla’s hair wash is the best I’ve ever experienced! There is a lovely atmosphere in the salon and I am always looked after with coffee and magazines. I wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation!

Such a lovely welcoming experience visiting this salon. From the services provided by Liz, Millie and Suzanne it always feels like a retreat service being provided. Paige is such a lovely young apprentice (as are they all) but she is really focused and committed to her duties and her head massage is a real treat after a long week of life! Love visiting these ladies who make you feel like part of their family and allow you to step away from a hectic schedule to be pampered and listened to like when old friends reunite. The team at Pimms are amazing from Anna’s welcome, to the last goodnight, they’re simply amazing. And they make you look and feel like a million dollars when you leave. Hairdressing at its best 💗

My first visit to a barbershop since I was a teenager so I was a little nervous. I had long hair in a bun for many years and wanted a new style. I got exactly what I wanted after providing reference images. Z was gentle with my hair and took his time. He also provided some advice. I could tell he really cared. Pleasant atmosphere - the other staff seemed nice as well. I’ll be going back in a couple of weeks!

I’ve been bringing my son to Maverick regularly, and I can’t recommend them enough! He’s extremely ticklish and usually struggles with haircuts, but this is the only place where the barbers manage to make it work. They are patient, friendly, and incredibly skilled. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the shop is always clean. If you’re looking for professional service with a personal touch, Maverick is the place to go!

Came in for a skin fade and Peter couldn’t have done a better job! Had a great chat and could freely give my input on the cut and adjustments. Peter’s service was excellent. Would definitely recommend as one of the best barbers in Guildford, I would know as I’ve been to a fair few already.

I've been a customer since they were located across the street from where they are now (probably around 10 years). All their barbers have been friendly and professional, and I've never had any issues at all! Even though I live further away from Guildford now, I am happy to make the trip back as I know I don't have to worry about getting a bad hair cut!

I had my hair cut by Lucy today, always a positive experience, I took a picture of the type of cut and look I wanted and as always Lucy delivered. She’s so talented and will give an honest opinion as to whether the style will suit my hair type. I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! Being new to an area it is always pot luck when trying out new places. I had my first visit to this hairdressers yesterday and cannot tell you how happy I am with my new cut. I found the staff extremely welcoming and my stylist Jessica was lovely. I definitely recommend them for customer service and value for money, will definitely be going back.

We called on a Saturday morning hoping to get a hair cut for our toddler. They were able to squeeze us in that afternoon and the lady cutting his hair was absolutely fantastic. Very efficient cut, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
