I booked Fix It well in advanced. They quietly took my booking and did exactly as said for the very reasonable price that was estimated for preparing and painting a Juliette balcony. The workmanship was so good and approach so professional that even my tenant volunteered a comment as to how good the work was. I'd never before experienced a tenant comment volunteered like that in all my years as a landlord! I will use Fix It going forward for all relevant work in Surrey.

The work carried out included shed roof repairs, and putting a concrete spur by a fence post . Very efficient, arrived on time, email communication very good. Work done was good quality. Would recommend.

Brad did a variety of work for me including dismantling an old wooden treehouse/playhouse, emptying a pond, trimming a door and repairing a rotten fascia on a shed. He was very professional, polite and easy to work with, plus the quality of work was undertaken with high care and skill. Everything was perfect, I couldn't have asked for anything else. Definately recommended.

Raj was excellent, very prompt, reliably did exactly as he had promised, and the work was of a very high standard. He sourced and fitted a kitchen tap, repaired a leak, repaired a cracked granite work surface, replaced some fencing that was falling down, and seemed to be able to turn his hand to anything successfully. Excellent service, arrived on time, listened to what we had to say, explained exactly what he'd be doing and talked us through as he did the work. Very happy with the successful leak detection for a mystery leak in our bedroom ceiling. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone unfortunate enough to have this kind of problem. Dave was very reliable and fixed all the odd jobs around our house. He had to pop out and get materials but didn’t complain or charge more than he’d quoted. He was super professional and came back a couple of days later to finish the job. I would highly recommend him.

David Lucas (The Owner Of Odd Job Dave) is a new business, but one worth using. David is very professional, detailed and takes pride in every job he carries out. David came to my house and fitted my Ring doorbell. David marked out we’re to put it, best location, and created a mount for my doorbell (painted it too). David also helped me set it up too, which was really nice of him. David is someone I’ve known for a long time, and consider as a real close friend too. Seriously thou David reliable, dedicated and passionate about his new venture, and I will be definitely using him again. David did a wonderful job, and loves what he does. Excellent work and communication throughout the entire time he had been working at my property. Dave is a delightful person to deal with. He and the people he work with come with the highest recommendations. At my property, he installed covings, assembled a bin store and replaced some ceiling lights. He also did some other minor work. All of the time, he worked with the same care and attention you'd expect if he was working at his own property. I have been really impressed. I wished there were more tradesmen like him.
