I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had a really old central heating system. The thermostat failed and i couldn't get a replacement. Heatsource worked hard to find a solution to replace the control system always mindful of the cost. They replaced the system with a much more modern Tado system. The after install support was brilliant. I would happily recommend them.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Gary was extremely professional. I had an issue of a F75 error on my Vaillant boiler which meant I had no heating or hot water. Before installing new parts Gary cleaned some of the parts to see if that was the issue. The boiler did ignite so we agreed to see whether that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately the F75 error came back. Gary was quick to respond and replaced a couple of parts which sorted the problem ensuring I had heating over Christmas. I would highly recommend Gary, I I also feel he did not overcharge for his services.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Ryan installed a heat pump in my home. He visited the week before and gave detailed suggestions to how I could best prepare the site. During the install he improved upon the given design to avoid unnecessary visible pipes and was conscious of how I wanted the system to be routed and laid out. He insisted upon tidying everything away at the end of the day. I could tell that he always wanted the job to be done as well as it could be, not just good enough. Very impressed, would recommend to anyone.

Ryan was contracted through EDF CB Heating to install a heat pump for me. Throughout Ryan was considerate and tidy and kept me up to date on how the install was proceeding. At the end of each day he ensured the house was tidy and equipment was stored so as to reduce to a minimum things being in our way. I was very impressed with the work rate and that he ensured the install was done in the way that best suited us. Prior to install i wanted to do some work and he recommended some additions that meant i did not need to have extended runs of condensate piping, this proved easy to do and makes the finished job much tidier. I will definitely use Ryan again.

I have used Godalming heating and bathrooms many times, fixing broken boilers and unusable heating systems. Richard is always prompt and always tidies up well after he has finished the job.
