Absolutely Outstanding Service! We recently used Throne Services for a full bathroom renovation, and their quality and professionalism were second to none. Bradley came by to discuss our vision, using his expertise to enhance the design—resulting in the family bathroom of our dreams. We were so impressed that we asked them back to install floating radiators throughout our downstairs. Callum and Jack were punctual, professional, and their attention to detail was exceptional. They chased the walls in such a way that future touch-ups will be a breeze—a real testament to their forward-thinking approach. By the end of each day, the space was left spotless, and the radiators are installed perfectly, with pipework that’s practically a work of art. Throne Services will be our first call for any maintenance or renovations—highly recommended!

I'll admit I had a tiny bit of worry after reading the 2 bad reviews on here but decided to get these guys to service our boiler and underfloor heating. Firstly, if you're like me and worried about the bad reviews, don't be. These guys are brilliant. They were on time, polite, helpful, all round pleasant and did a great job helping us with our home. PES attended our house after our boiler packed up. The service is simply first class. Not only did they fight our corner by ringing the manufacturers and securing a free part after the part broke...twice; they also ensured that we paid as little as possible in terms of labour. Lovely to see a family business run so well and a lovely family too. Don't even think about going elsewhere.

I would like to recommend PES plumbing to everyone. I had no heating or hot water. They made every effort to restore both. They were informative through out. They took the time to explain and show me what was happening throughout. Thier manner was pleasant and they are very approachable. They were determined to restore the heating and the hot water. It was a complex job. They saw it through to the end. They left at 10:30 and returned the very next morning. They are courteous informative and have very good and decent values. I have used this company over some years and they are my go-to plumbers due to their superb customer service and willingness to go above and beyond other companies whenever required. I called PES after the first plumbers I called out couldn't solve the problem of why our underfloor heating wasn't working. PES figured out what the problem was and sorted it out with good humour and efficiency. I was so grateful to them for restoring our heating as the two nights we were without it it was -2 outside! I am also relieved to now know if anything else goes wrong with our underfloor heating they are the guys to call.
