These guys are fantastic. In February our gas heating and hot water had broken down. Very few heating or plumbing engineers could understood the whole system, leaving us freezing for days. Paul, Aaron and Niall knew exactly what the problems were. They made the right repairs quickly, restoring warmth to our house. I would thoroughly recommend them. This recent visit she worked quickly ensuring the hot water system was up and running, then returned to conduct further fault finding, ended up calling a supplier in France to get further details - talk about going above and beyond! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Installation of smart meter : Excellent job. Really pleased. Employed Mark to install smart thermostat and hub as didn’t know where to begin on the system we had. He was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Very efficient and made sure that I understood how to use before leaving. First class company. Have used these guys for small plumbing and heating jobs over the past three years, and more recently they've done a big job for us. Installing a new boiler has been on the list of things we need to do for a while, but the space we had for the boiler was awkward in size and difficult to install. Gary spent time with me, asked lots of good questions and provided me with recommendations around how we solve our radiator and boiler issue. Over three days, Gary and the team installed a new boiler and moved a bunch of pipes around. They also installed and removed radiators and did a full handover and demonstrated the new thermostat for me. They were punctual, tidy and helpful throughout. The price was also around £3k cheaper that British Gas, so I'm delighted with these guys once again. Honestly, great firm.

Contacted Blakeley Plumbing as we needed our en-suite shower renovated. Right from the initial investigation visit Steve was friendly, honest, and professional, and once a quote had been agreed the works were completed quickly and to a very high standard by him and his team. A follow-up quality check visit was then completed within a week, and ongoing support gladly offered by Steve should we have any further queries. Definitely recommended.
