I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Very pleased with the work Josh did today fixing a dripping overflow pipe. Before the visit he kept in touch via texts, arrived promptly, worked well, explaining the problem and how he had fixed it. Very happy with new boiler installation, job done in time frame, Mark also found a time to change for me extra three radiators due to my recent injury. I supposed to do it. Every day he was on time, Mark was giving me heads up all the time what going to do, when, what time he be coming following day so great communication, all old components been cleared and taken away, all warranties, paperwork's has been done by Mark, very nice and polite guy, you can talk with him about anything, same time very focused on tasks, he fixed and replaced old leaking washers on central heating draining pipe,

I needed a hob gas pipe capped and removed. It was easy and quick to get a very reasonable quote and get the work booked. Friendly and polite man carried out the work to a high standard, going out of his way to cut the pipe as close to the floor as possible. I will definitely use them again.

We’ve used Waterboy for a few different things now from fixing a leaky pipe to installing a new boiler. Communication is speedy, polite and clear.
