Hi Keystone Comforts Solutions was introduced by Boiler guide. Three quotations were submitted by three different boiler fitters . Even the Keystone’s quotation was a bit higher we choose Keystone because the way presented to us. They done a professional job. Specifically we thanks Tony for the quality job done. Contacted Tony on the problem in June , he came over in a couple of days and assessed the old keston boiler which was now 20 years old. Having surveyed the site , he sent through a quote in a couple of days , fully itemized. The idea was to replace the boiler and tank and connect up to the existing Nest thermostat so life could go on as normal. We scheduled the work and was completed in circa 3 days with him and his Son (Oli). Both did their work without any fuss and we had hot water and central heating without any drama. They did a clean job and took the old boiler for scrap. Thank Oli& Tony, see you next year for our regular service.

Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. Graham is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he took time to explain everything he was doing. He had to order a part and came back promptly to fit it. Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable. Michael was recommended to us by two different friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough for the great job he did. He replaced our boiler and installed a new heating system in our house due to a renovation. I’m really pleased to have found Michael to fix my boiler. I had called someone else a few months prior who didn’t even come to see the problem (at that point the issue was only that it was not heating water very well) and offered me a no guarantee repair for £800 (he just presumed it was the heat exchanger) or £3000 for a new boiler. I decided to make do for a while with only slightly warm water. Once it started leaking too, I thought I’d give it one more go at repair before succumbing to a new boiler. Michael came to see the leak on the same day I called, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and got to work finding the part (it is a very old and uncommon boiler so not easy!). He had the part within a few days and came to fix it. The boiler gave him quite a few challenges since it was on its last legs but he stuck to his quote and even checked a couple of other things I’d asked about (radiator fluids and broken drain valve). Michael then turned his attention to the original hot water issue, found the issue, ordered the part (not the heat exchanger!!!) and got it fixed. Being my old cranky boiler, this also gave him some issues but he expertly worked his way through them (again for the quoted price) and now I have super hot water and no leaks for a fraction of the price of a new boiler. Michael is polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. My ancient boiler has a new lease of life and if I do have to replace it at some point in the future, I know who to ask.

Clive is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has put in a new shower pump and fixed the cistern in our toilet. Both jobs were done with a very high degree of professionalism. He is very personable, honest and trustworthy. He is easy to get on with and his rates are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clive. He's kind, he listens, and he does a superb job.He recently modernised my mum's bathroom, listened carefully to what was needed, and worked hard to solve various plumbing issues to make what she wanted possible. He came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed. We asked him to knit a new shower and toilet into an existing bathroom, which he did beautifully (his tiling is second to none). It wasn't an easy job, but at all times he was cheerful and friendly, and put mum at ease. Not only has he made the bathroom useable for her, and done exactly what she wanted, he has made the whole process easy. Thanks, Clive.

I was wanting a new shower, new toilet and radiator to help with making it easy to get in and out of my existing shower. From initial discussions with Clive he listened carefully and the wok was completed professional Whilst completing the project Clive was clean and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and beautifully decorated and has very much improved the look of the bathroom which I look forward to using soon. Clive engaged very quickly after I requested a quotation for the work. The price he gave me was based on a day rate plus material (replacement shower unit). He was very flexible when I had to move the start date and has remained very friendly and has communicated well over the 4 days of the work being done. The current shower unit had to be removed including some of the shower unit fascia tiles, then the new shower replumbed, impacted tiles replaced plus grouting and silicone seals. All of this has been done to a high standard and the shower is fully functional. Would recommend highly.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.
