Our experience of Charlie and the Clear Plumbing team was fantastic from start to finish. Throughout the design stage Charlie gave great advice and made the sourcing of the fixtures and fittings really easy. The installation was great, Charlie's team were professional, completed the job on time and to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use Clear Plumbing again in the future and have recommended to friends, we are so pleased with the finished bathroom!!

I could not be happier with the job Charlie and Daniel did in remodelling my bathroom and toilet. Their attention to detail and finish exceeded expectation. Charlie made the process incredibly easy from start to finish, lending advice for improvements and ensuring everything was done to the best standard. The house was kept spotless and having noticed a fault with the toilet seat, Charlie re-ordered it and came and fitted it a couple of weeks later. The job was finished quickly, without detracting from quality. Would recommend to anyone, a master of his craft.

Charlie and his team did a fantastic job of remodeling our bathroom from a wet room to a fully tiled bath/ shower. We are extremely happy with the workmanship. Charlie was great with helping us choose fittings and suggesting items where we needed help. He made the whole process much easier by ordering the items we wanted and keeping track of everything from start to finish. He and Daniel were neat and tidy, placing coverings on our other flooring so it didn't get damaged and kept us informed of progress all the way through the job. The job was completed quickly, to a very high standard and the area was kept spotless during works. Clear Plumbing has just fitted a new bathroom for me. Charlie was sensitive as to our requirements, working at the weekend while we were away to ensure the bathroom was fully operational when we got back. Charlie is very easy to work with, solutions-driven, and keeps the whole space as tidy as possible (covering stair carpets etc), and cleaning up very thoroughly at the end of the job. He was quick, efficient, reliable, collected items from Click & Collect, and ensured he was there to receive delivery of other items to make sure they weren't damaged. I'm delighted with the finished work - the bathroom looks really good and works perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs. Will be keeping his number saved for any future work.

This is now the second time I have asked Ali to fix something in my flat and as always he was responsive, on time, polite and was able to fix everything. Ali helped me on the same day I contacted him as I had a leak in my kitchen. Elias came that afternoon and sorted out the problem quickly and was very polite. Ali is always very helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his company!

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was getting really desperate and about to give up hope and it was just absolutely freezing. I called this company and a gentleman answered. I asked him the cost to come out. He offered for me to send pictures to see if he could help me resolve the issue. He’s a genius and god no less. It worked. Not only is he an outstanding human being. Prompt response, professional and polite. I had my boiler out of power at night, Ali came to fix it on next day morning. Although it was due to my son switched off the fuse socket accidentally, Ali still checked the boiler in detail. I will keep using his services in the future for sure.

I choose the Amber Group to do a CCTV drain survey for my 90-year-old mother, as I did not want to go to a very small one-man company and also did not want to go to a big national franchise chain, as the quality can vary at the local level. The drain survey identified several problems which needed to be fixed. From start to finish, I was not disappointed with the Amber Group. All the staff were very professional; however, I would like to highlight Kevin who was particularly good. During the 4 days Kevin spent on site, he was really knowledgeable, went the ‘extra mile’ to help and I can’t fault his workmanship. I always felt that they were not trying to push us towards the most expensive solution and their prices were reasonable; thus, I would definitely recommend the Amber Group to others.

Great service. The engineer from Amber Group quickly identified the issue and discussed the options with me. They were eventually able to fix the issue with the minimum of damage. They were quick and efficient.

A truly Supportive and professional service from a Family Run Business - Thank you Amber Group. We recently had an issue with our Electrics which meant we had no heating, hot water, Cooker or washing machine and all the plug circuit down stair was not working and Amber Group provided the most amazing service. It happened on a Sunday afternoon - but I was able to speak with a person - not an answer machine who suggested things we should try initially. We could not resolve ourselves and Amber went out of their way to sort out a visit first thing Monday Morning. The Electrician arrived promptly and fixed the issue including getting our boiler back up and running , despite a continuing issue - which has since resolve. I would highly recommend using this company. From start to finish their communication was fantastic, the complete service (a new combi boiler fitted and water tank removed) was excellent value. The engineers were efficient, polite and worked to time. In addition, the work carried out was complicated in several ways (a previous plumber had said they could not carry out work) and the engineers worked around our family consisting of two young children. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and now have a great system in our house.

We had the delightful experience of getting our underfloor heating done by sajeel of SM Gas and Plumbing solutions. Very effiecient and wasted no time in the process. It works like a dream. Very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend his services to family and friends.

Ashley came out to us on two occasions. Once to service our boiler, he did it quickly, answered all questions and gave me advice to keep it running well. Ashley came to our home to install a gas connection for our range cooker earlier this year and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed we have since asked him to come back both to service our boiler and carry out further work on our hot water tank too. Ashley replaced 3 radiators and upgraded the central heating system filter in our home. He arrived on time, started work immediately, worked quietly and efficiently. We are absolutely delighted with his work. So much so that we asked him to come back the following week to install a new Hive Heating control system. I called APAG out of the blue, Jason picked up and then came round just under two hour later (as he said he would). Job was done with no problems and would happily use APAG/Jason again. Was 75£ fixed fee for a tap change.

Absolutely brilliant service,from start to finish.Firstly totally revamped our main bathroom,now looks amazing.The process from start to finish ran very smooth.We new what was going on throughout each stage.Very clean and tidy at All different trades were the same standard as Jason who runs APAG. We have a very busy household,this was taken into account with all the work done ensuring that it didn't impact us very much at all.Jason came up with some brilliant ideas to improve our bathroom.We then asked if he could replace some of our radiators with new ones,which he was happy to do,again very efficient. What was nice also was that no job was too small.Would definitely recommend him and his team he used.

Jason is very professional, responsive, tidy and offer reasonable price. We had an issue with leakage from toilet flush tank and Jason sort the issue and replace the tank follow by applying a nice and tidy sealant just look like original. I am happy to recommend Jason and his company.

Callum installed a new bathroom suite and converted our plumbing to a pressurised system so we could get the tanks out of the loft and enjoy a better shower and water pressure. We are really delighted with the quality of work, communications, professionalism and price, which was more competitive than other quotes. Would highly recommend.
