From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. On arrival Mason was very polite and helpful. Mason was very informative and done a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for Mason. We were impressed with the whole service from beginning to end. We will definitely be using Wings Property Services Ltd again in the near future. Would definitely recommend this company, they were great.

Thank you Ollie, Nick, Jamie and team for doing a wonderful job! We have had our boiler replaced and moved into the loft and out the way, as recommended by Ollie because in future we plan to remodel the kitchen and didn’t want the boiler in the way. From the initial enquiry to completion of works Ollie and his team have been so professional, transparent and informative. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. The price given was very fair given the quality of work, and I would certainly recommend this company in future with confidence.

I had a fantastic experience with this service! They arrived right on time and worked efficiently while keeping the area clean and tidy. I appreciated that they wore sleeves over their shoes to protect the carpet, which showed real attention to detail. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They even replaced the heater temperature gauge without any extra charge. Overall, great guys and outstanding service—highly recommended!

I've used the boys from GU Gas Services multiple times, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. They are always quick to arrive, diagnose the issue promptly, and carry out the work to a high standard. They also make sure everything is left clean and tidy, which is much appreciated. Boilergurus are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently used another boiler repair company but was left disappointed. I’ve had a first class experience with Boilergurus. From the initial call where the problem was easily identified and cost worked out up front. Great communication throughout so I knew what was going on and with a very knowledgeable hardworking engineer was able to get the recent issue resolved quickly. Simon has been loooking after our boiler and plumbing for at least 10 years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He does our annual boiler services reliably and always responds quickly in emergencies. We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

I've been using them for about a year now for various plumbing and heating jobs done on my rental properties and have never had an issue with their service. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.
