I’ve had a first class experience with Boilergurus. From the initial call where the problem was easily identified and cost worked out up front. Great communication throughout so I knew what was going on and with a very knowledgeable hardworking engineer was able to get the recent issue resolved quickly. I have used Boilergurus several times now and each time have been very helpful and able to sort the issues from installing a new boiler to motorised valve.

Boilergurus are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently used another boiler repair company but was left disappointed. Someone recommended to try Boilergurus, and I am grateful they did. It’s so nice to find tradesmen that you trust. They did the job quickly and professionally, kept the place clean, and were nice people all round. Losing heating and hot water in the winter is a nightmare, and Lydia was able to move things about so that they could fit us in within just a few days. I am super grateful for them, and would recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler or servicing!

Our 17-year-old boiler started to leak recently. After getting a couple of quotes for installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, I chose Boilergurus to do the work as they have good reviews, their estimate was competitive and they could fit our job in quickly. Lydia in the office was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Michal and Adrian who did the work were knowledgeable, approachable and very hard-working. The boiler was installed in one day so our heating was back on by the evening. There were a couple of small snags to address afterwards, which were resolved a couple of days later. My only slight reservation is that it was clear the guys have no slack in their schedule, so it’s difficult for them if anything unexpected happens – I imagine the run up to Christmas is particularly busy, so this may not always be the case. Overall, a very good experience with Boilergurus.

I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

I have used GU Gas Services for three years for my annual boiler service. They arrive on time to service my boiler and an additional water heater. Two very nice guys who do their work quickly and efficiently. I would not use anyone else now. I cannot praise them highly enough.

From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. We have had our boiler replaced and moved into the loft and out the way, as recommended by Ollie because in future we plan to remodel the kitchen and didn’t want the boiler in the way. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. We were in need of an emergency plumber after our boiler stopped working. I found Flowright Plumbers, and called them up. They came to my house within the hour, assessed the damage and how much it was going to cost. The fix was done within 2 hrs and was well priced and quality of the repair was excellent.

Rang to ask for help stopping leak from shower pump which was dripping into the living room. Got a callback immediately, and a visit within minutes as the plumber was working nearby. He couldn't have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem and resolved the immediate cause there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to ring again.
