Tom is a wizard on underfloor heating. He has been very accommodating with our timings for the renovation of the property. I would definitely recommend.

Tom was really good. Got in touch quickly and arranged a prompt visit with lots of options. I feared the worst with our boiler, but within 5 mins Tom had identified the issue, told us off for not getting a regular service 🫣 and started on fixing the issue. Work was fast and clean, good communication. Will definitely be using Asset again!

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Heatsource is a trustworthy and reliable company. The guys repaired my boiler by changing 2 immersion heaters and installed a limescale fighter on my central cold water pipe. The company asked me to pay the invoice online after completing the job, which I really appreciated. Great job done by James.

I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had a really old central heating system. The thermostat failed and i couldn't get a replacement. Heatsource worked hard to find a solution to replace the control system always mindful of the cost. They replaced the system with a much more modern Tado system. The after install support was brilliant. I would happily recommend them.

Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Also offered great advice and settings to increase the boiler efficiency. Excellent communication. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. Both bathroom are amazing and Richard resolved some bad decisions we made, proposed an alternative, then left us with a quality bathroom. 100% would use again, if you want it done right, complete project management, refusal to accept mediocrity the call Richard today.

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can not recommend Dicky highly enough.

Nigel was patient and polite right from the off. Having contacted numerous other providers, Nigel offered a pragmatic approach to investigating the problems with our Megaflo (others said we needed a replacement without setting eyes on it). He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, took the time to show me what he was doing and to ensure everything was just right. His diligence lead him to find a critical problem with another component which he remedied there and then. The result was the continued, safe, use of our water system. I am very pleased with his efforts and would thoroughly recommend him. Thanks Nigel!

Nigel arrive on time and check the unvented cylinder very thoroughly a valve had to be replaced which he could do at the same time. Very please with his work would definitely recommend.

Steve is polite, efficient and communicates well. He helped with gas installation for a major renovation and connecting a new 33mm water pipe to system. I would have no problem recommending Steve.

Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. He’s a neat and tidy worker and always a pleasure to have working in the house.
