A man hole in our shared drive had become blocked. We contacted Flow Drains and fortunately they were in the area completing a job. Ashley arrived and carried out a top notch job which I'm certain others would have given up. He saved me a huge amount of money in the process. Highly recommend his services - super professional.

Ashley is great. Did the job. Quick, efficient and thorough, and very reasonably priced. Showed me everything via cctv while he was there. NB - This is a small, one-man business, with someone who cares about the job and his reputation (a very different experience from calling out a larger firm when sometimes the employees don’t seem to care and only do the minimum).

Called at 15:45 on a Sunday, arrived well within expected ETA, and was done by 16:42, Drains blocked with fat, the job was explained a grate needed to be broken and was asked to okay, and within seconds the drain was unlocked. Very polite workmen and couldn’t be more helpful! Was very efficient at cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended and would use every time. Thank you

Excellent service. I was having serious problems with my toilet and bathtub. Every time I flushed the loo, it wouldn't flush. Instead it would fill up with water, get blocked and then water would start coming up through my bath tub drain hole. When I switched on the sink tap, my blocked toilet started filling with water and flowing onto the bathroom floor. I couldnt use my loo, I couldnt have a shower. It was a desperate situation. I called out Dyno Plumbing. They were useless, messed me around and couldn't fix it. They wasted my whole day. Then I checked online and found this company Flow Drains Ltd and I saw that they had good reviews. So I decided to give them a try. They sent one of their engineers over to take a look. His name was Duncan. Duncan was brilliant and fixed the problem in about half an hour. What Dyno Plumbing couldn't fix in a whole day, Duncan fixed in about half an hour. And their fees are very reasonable too. If you've got any drainage or blockage problems, don't use Dyno Plumbing, use Flow Drains Ltd. Excellent company. I highly recommend.

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. He was very polite and friendly, thorough, hard-working and left the place tidy and clean at the end of each day. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs central heating work.

Glow Maintenance are the best. Nigel and Don are very skilled and reliably good humoured. I wouldn't use anyone else. They've found and fixed faults for me rapidly and at a fair price on many occasions. We're lucky to have this company serving our area, and I normally don't have to book too far in advance. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.

Once to install a new central heating boiler, replace a faulty central heating timer and most recently to fix a radiator not heating up + a leaking toilet. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Tom was really good. Got in touch quickly and arranged a prompt visit with lots of options. I feared the worst with our boiler, but within 5 mins Tom had identified the issue, told us off for not getting a regular service 🫣 and started on fixing the issue. Work was fast and clean, good communication. Will definitely be using Asset again!

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.
