Highly recommend EVC. Great staff all round and always happy to assist with any questions that I have. I know that my pups are in the best hands here.

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. They even send me a beautiful card to me after my baby's has passed. I wish I had found this beautiful vets years ago. Thank you to the wonderful team at this veterinary kind regards Mrs Reid. ❤️

I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

All the staff are lovely and our Nellie has been spoiled with all the affection. She recently had a tooth out and everything was explained really clearly to us and we felt like they listened to our concerns and questions. Very much appreciated

Words can't describe how amazing this practice was for me and my dog. Pets are a member of the family, Catherine and her team understand this and treat both you and your pet in that manner. I started taking my dog Pip here when I moved back to Bristol, Pip was old and needed a lot of care. She suffered from chronic bronchitis just to add to the complications. I had regular visits and every time it was informative, helpful with no confusion. They gave me options to keep her comfortable up to the very end, never giving up on her. Even when I had to say goodbye, the team were outstanding. This is no doubt the best practice I have taken Pip to over the years. I can't recommend this place enough.

We've been bringing our cats here for the last year and a half and have never had a bad experience. The reception staff are lovely and the vets are very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for looking after our little ones so well! :)

Ambleside have been very supportive as we've been settling in our new rescue dog. We've called up twice with concerns and on both occasions we were seen that same day. Our dog quickly seemed at ease in the clinic and with Peggy, who gave us lots of helpful advice including follow up emails. We couldn't be happier with the care we've received and we're so pleased we chose this trustworthy, independent veterinary practice.

I take my cats there because they really care about them, one of the rare vetinery practices where the animal comes first and not just getting as much money out of you that they can. I would not take my boys anywhere else.

All the staff here are amazing. So caring and considerate. I have always got an appointment when I have needed it and most of the time within the same day. Peggy the vet is so lovely and kind. She explains everything in detail and will always give you the best options for your pets. They are honest and reliable. Peggy and her team treat My cats as if they were their own (and my cats love going there) and I am so glad my cats are in such good hands.

Been using these vets for over 30 years from pet rats and guinea pigs to dogs of all breeds. Reliable and honest. Andrew and his team have never fobbed me off or pushed me to have treatments that are not needed wouldn't trust any where else with my pets

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. This is an excellent veterinary practice. The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It feels like the care is really collaborative, and everyone is working as a team for the best outcomes for both pet and owner

That was my first time visit to the practice, and it was good first impression. Everyone is lovely, friendly, polite and professional. My pets were well attended. I especially loved online booking system. It was fast and easy to use. I look forward to a long-term relationship with this practice.

We always have excellent service at VW Vets. Aphrodite is calm, caring, capable and professional. She takes time to explain things and has a great way with the animals. Reception and nursing staff are also lovely.

Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.

I know how fortunate i am to be registered at such a wonderful veterinary practice. Alex has always been consistently thorough and faultless in his treatment of every pet I've brought to him. Namely my Guinea pigs, which is incredibly lucky that he is able to treat them being an exotic animal. Not an easy animal to treat, with lack of drugs available on the market, but he applies his common sense and knowledge and provides the best care possible. For this I'm forever grateful. I highly recommend this practice. Alex and his team always go the extra mile to help, even squeezing you in to a busy schedule when you're worried about your pet. Alex always explains things fully and he's great with my cat, who isn't good at being handled by anyone other than me but allows Alex to do anything! I feel my cat is in very safe hands and that's so reassuring. Don't hesitate in registering your pet at this practice. You won't regret doing so!

Alex has recently done a very difficult dental on one of my dogs .. she has a heart condition which caused concern… Alex was brilliant, and my little is doing great. I have great confidence in this vets

I'm over the moon with the goddards staff, went above and beyond, put me through to a charity that helped with a lot of the funding for my dog chips treatment, and done some extra work for chip at no extra cost while he was under, Alex has done a great job on chip, and the aftercare was par-excellence, I take my hat off and salute you all 😊

All the staff at Walton Road Veterinary Centre and all lovely. But Yvonne in particular is exceptionally kind and caring, not only to the pets in her care, but also their owners! I cannot speak highly enough of her and her team. Thank you for looking after all my cats over the past 15 years.

Yvonne has taken care of our pets for many years. She treats them all with a huge amount of kindness and respect - large or small, and understands they're a huge part of our family. We trust the advice she gives is always in their best interest.

Ashley Vets has really upped their game and are back to the high standards seen 5 years or so ago. The care and attention given to my cats (and me) makes a real difference and I once again find visiting them a pleasant experience. Which is good as one of my cats deserves a loyalty card!

Absolutely fantastic cattery run by professional and caring staff. The owner is nice and displayed genuine enthusiasm for what she does. Left my cat at this cattery for almost 4 weeks and the cat was well looked after and healthy/happy upon my return. Owner also provided updates via WhatsApp throughout cats stay at the cattery. Great service and will use them again without hesitation.

Took my daughter's cat to stay. The owner was very polite, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The cattery and living areas were clean, and there was sufficient room for her to move around and exercise. The owner answered all our questions and assured us that our cat would be in safe hand. When we collected her, she was naturally pleased to see us, and we were happy with the care that she received. I would highly recommend it and we have already booked for Christmas.

I just picked my cat Leo up from this wonderful cattery. I was a bit nervous about leaving him for a whole two weeks as he is quite a shy cat and he gets quite nervous around new people. The booking itself was easy, they have a great online booking system. All the communication was quick and really helpful. They are really flexible and accommodating with drop off and pick up times and they are super organised. As soon as I dropped him off I could see they really know their stuff. You can also tell that they genuinely care and love cats, which is so important. Leo came home healthy and happy and I will definitely be using this cattery again. I would highly recommend. Lovely cattery with wonderful friendly staff. The cat pens are spacious and well equipped, our cat was very happy and healthy on pick up. Flexible pick up times too - We recommend this cattery!

Super friendly staff. For years they guided and helped us keep our old dog happy and healthy and make his life pain free and comfortable in his last month's until we had to say goodbye to him. Now we will be return clients with our new generation. As always great consultation, friendly staff and pleasant experience

First time visiting Kingswood vets after switching from another local vets. Super friendly vet who was fantastic with our nervous cat Stanley.. Reception is lovely and clean and spacious and the receptionist was really helpful and friendly too. Really impressed.

Good visit. Kept informed of cost of annual check up and injections needed. Recommended

The staff here are brilliant, I always receive great communication from them when I have any queries or questions. They explain everything fully, not leaving anything out.
