My beautiful boy was bitten by an Adder last week. The care the vets and nurses took of him was simply wonderful. I can't recommend this veterinary practice enough.

These guys have looked after our cat for years. Reliable and friendly, we signed up to their "pet plan" which covers our fur baby for all regular worm/flea treatments, health checkups and vaccines.

Our very poorly cat has needed urgent treatment, and everyone at the surgery has been excellent. Although her prognosis is not good, she is so much more comfortable. Thank you to all the staff. You are all wonderful.

They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only vet I can trust completely.

Really happy with this practice, particularly Arabella Harvey. She really seemed to care and had a natural affinity with Buster, he really liked her and the way she spoke to him was just lovely. She took the time to explain everything clearly to me and answer any questions I had. definately recommend

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

Our poor little Willow had a poorly eye but George looked after her so well and gave her drops for her eyes. Turns out she has generally sensitive skin which can also give her sore eyes. George is a brilliant vet and is so gentle with Willow. Would recommend him to anyone.

We have been taking our cat to these people all of his life. They are very kind, caring and have always been able to sort our boy. Sadly I had to take him for his last journey last week, but they couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. They made the worst into the best it could be.

Moved vets recently as had Elm cottage recommended by a few people. Love the fact they are pro raw, holistic and natural where appropriate. I've been able to see the same vet everytime recently for an ongoing condition which has just made all the difference and have got an appointment quickly. Never rushed an appointment, felt I could ask anything and fees have been very reasonable. So glad I moved, worlds apart from previous vets!

I am very happy with the care of Dr Djordje Vucovic for my cat Moka. He was very professional, supportive and compassionate and he addressed efficiently both the animal's needs and my worries. I cannot thank enough him and the clinic for seeing us quickly, on the same day of calling. The cat is already relaxed and seem a lot happier. Highly recommended service!

The service was excellent. Jacob always goes out of his way to make the experience for Shadow as stress free as possible. I always ask to see Jacob when booking an appointment. Five stars.

My wife and I took our cross breed dog to Grazely Vets for the first time yesterday. We were give a warm welcome. The vet we saw, Emma, took a while building a relationship with our dog before giving him a thorough examination. She also gave him his annual jabs. The whole event was very professional and we felt we could trust Emma. She discussed various aspects of our dog with us. A careful record was made of all that transpired. We will certainly be using this vet in future.

I have been with Grazely for many years and have given a five star rating because I have always received good treatment for my animals; however I was upset when my cat, Marley, had to be put to sleep and only the receptionist at the time expressed sympathy. One of the vets who had been treating him, I thought would have sent a message. So that was upsetting. But apart from that, I think the surgery is excellent.

Had to put my boy Reggie to sleep to day the way this vet handled the process was 5 star thank god for them made everything bearable like to say thank u Beth and Judy for your compassion x

Always feel welcomed and my doggies are very well cared for. High praise for Lynton Vets Woking. I've read some of the reviews, and I've had my beloved elderly cat put to sleep at Lyntons a few years ago. They were so kind and caring and they didn't ask for payment straight afterwards. I went in a couple of days later and paid after my grief had settled down.

Sadly had to say goodbye to one of my best friends today. Despite there being no appointments they fitted us in and were super compassionate & kind making the whole thing calm & dignified. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much you were appreciated as a whole team today...💔

So I got a kitten! The first thing I thought was, I need to get my cat checked by a vet to ensure he's healthy due to being rejected by his mother very young. I chose Lynton because I'd visited the practice with a friend for their pet and remembered how much I liked that practice from that visit. I registered, I scheduled his first jab, I got him petplan and joined the let health club! Lynton Vets also helped me with this. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice of vet, the staff are all amazing friendly, helpful and kind. There is limited parking available, very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely large, clean and tidy with a separated waiting area for both cat and dog owners. The staff are very happy to answer questions to help you understand what you need to know. I give Lynton 5 stars for my personal experience and I think you will too if you visit this lovely animal care practice! Here's a pic of my little fur baby for all you cat lovers out there 😻

very friendly vet, I find them very helpful and am always able to get an appointment in good time.. they also stay open fairly late for pickups! Only bad point is that sometimes the staff rotate part way through the day and you end up dealing with someone else in the afternoon.. not a big deal though.

Been coming to Elm Cottage with all our animals (cat, dog and bunnies) for several years and always had a great professional service. We recently had to put our cat to sleep and the service received by the vet team was superb, caring yet professional. Our dog looses her usual bouncy confidence once in the door but at each vet visit gets given so many treats and cuddles from the vet so she doesn't mind going. Highly recommend!

This vet looked after my wife and daughter after our tiny hamster had a fall. The vet was on time, provided lovely reassurance, didn’t offer anything that wasn’t necessary. As a result there was no charge. We’ll definitely be back but hopefully under less auspicious circumstances next time.

There are many mixed reviews on here but our experience was very good considering the circumstances. We had to have our moggy put down after she had a seizure. We were both very satisfied with the care Phoenix vets gave even though this is not our registered vet.

We have used Phoenix for well over a decade and can’t recommend them enough. With both our cats and dogs, all the team have gone above and beyond to help them when it was needed. Never an issue getting an appointment and the head vet Zara is amazing, she even came in on her day off when it was time to say goodbye to our boxer and she is so patient with our dog who is super nervous about his feet being touched oh and our cats love her! The whole team are very welcoming and helpful to both us and our pets.
