I love taking my girls to Castle Vets, the staff are very attentive and give my girly dogs lots of attention. Both ladies have had surgeries through this practice and the aftercare is first-rate. The receptionist Judith is especially caring and gives my girls a big fuss everything she sees them. I canāt recommend high enough.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff that work here. My dog was very poorly and eventually diagnosed with hepatitis. The care everyone showed from the front reception team to the nurses and vets was fantastic and I cannot say thank you enough. They looked after him like he was one of their own. Thank you so much to you all. I am truly grateful.

Always receive a friendly welcome from the reception staff when we arrive . The separate reception areas provide a calm waiting area which helps when you have a nervous dog. The availability of appointments is great and as they are 24 hours a day , I donāt have to go elsewhere if we need to use the out of hours service. The vets are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain any treatments or procedures, providing a break down of costs too.

Absolutely fantastic. My cat - ok, my demon-spawn from the deepest pits of hell - has availed himself of all facilities recently over a two-week period, from midnight emergency all the way through to surgery. And he's bitten everybody along the way and now my number seems to be blocked. Odd... All the staff could not have been kind enough and went waaaaay beyond, including trying all other practices for emergency surgery then lovely Lucy rejigged her own busy schedule just for His Fatship's bit of a sore willy. And they tell you comforting stories when you ring at 3am to see how Ikkle Preshus is doing; "happily sedated and snuggled up with his bunny" actually means "despite enough fun meds to floor a rhino he somehow escaped his kennel trailing the IV, have chased him fourteen times round the entire hospital and he's now velcroed to the ceiling spitting ballistic rage and suddenly everyone is too busy to help the night nurse assist the epileptic cactus back to safety. Ours. And we hadn't even opened the door." Dat's ma boy, I am proud. AND he got a Cone of Doooooom and claw-clip for free, can't imagine why. He's turned the cone into an agent of biological warfare and his post-op checks have been carried out from behind safety-glass (and in a bunker) but Fluffikins is restored to normalcy. Ok, lunacy. The Cone has now become a fully evolved life-form so I now have two pets with far too many teeth, an ASBO each and yet another court case pending. I have called it Ethel. AND got the crimbo desecrations sorted: Achievement Unlocked. Thanks all. He's a nutjob but he's my nutjob. You could not have been better. Polly (and Loki Borkface Cholmondeley-Haugh. He's called that for good reason!) And scuse mess in background - I am trapped in spare room with this maniac and he's turning it into the Swamps of Dagoba. I think that might be their revenge...

The best local vets. Had to change from previous vets in Bordon due to lack of care for my three dogs and two guinea pigs, and Shortheath are a class above the rest. Genuine care for my furry family. Had a bit of an issue with having to ask four times for a private prescription, but their care since has more than made up for that.

Take my cat to this vet each year for her injections. Reception & vet always happy & courteous. We were offered flea & worm treatment this year but these were very expensive. Didn't buy them, bought online instead.

I cannot praise the team at Vets4Pets Farnham enough. On the afternoon of 6/7/22 at 3.30pm approx. My dog managed to get a grass seed wedged deep inside one of her ears. This caused her a great deal of pain and discomfort. I phoned the surgery and receptionist said to bring her along in about 30minutes. I arrived and was seen in less than 10min. Left 20mins later with the seed safety removed. One happy dog and one happy owner. The team are so friendly and efficient, they are a credit too their profession.

Have been with Cathcart & Winn for many years now, and we always receive excellent service, with a warm, polite, empathetic manner. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the spaces clean and tidy. Pricing is competitive and there are great health plans on offer for a monthly fee. Our cat is nearly 15 years old now, and has been seen by C&W since he was a kitten. Over the years he's had various injuries (he's a scrapper!) and illnesses and has always received excellent treatment and kindness.

I canāt express enough how amazing the Cathcart and Winn team are! I recommend this vets to everyone I know, due to the great service I have received over the past 4+ years, the lovely staff and facility. A massive thank you to Dee, Kat and Angus especially!

Dear Cathcart & Winn Veterinary Clinic, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering care and support you've provided to Buddy over the past four years. Buddy has always received the best care under your supervision, and that commitment continues to this day. On September 23rd, when Buddy suffered his accident, he received immediate basic care at your clinic. Then, on Monday morning, you promptly referred us to the Specialist Clinic in Winchester, where the diagnosis based on their examinations was devastating: a spinal fracture. In challenging times, the importance of empathy and support cannot be overstated, and I am grateful for the compassion you showed during this difficult transition. Your clinic's collaboration with specialists like the Winchester Clinic brings peace of mind. Buddy underwent a 6-hour surgery with the implantation of 8 implants, and his condition is stable. I know that post-operation, he will require further care, and I'm thankful for your part in his journey to recovery. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at Cathcart & Winn Veterinary Clinic, especially to the doctor who acted swiftly, ensuring that our beloved Buddy will once again walk on his own legs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Warm regards, Adriana

I can't say enough about the vet and staff that were on duty the night of the 22nd of August when an awful accident took the life of my beautiful Pom Rhino. You tried your best but it was to late. You were all so kind but more then anything thank you when a month later a card arrived and you had taken prints of his paws. The thought was beautiful and your words so touching. Thank you so much for the kindness and caring you showed me. Maria
