Booked in with Tabitha super last minute and she was really accommodating and flexible with quick replies. Really welcoming and just a really nice experience as my first time getting my make up professionally done I didn’t know what to expect but Tabitha made me feel at ease and knew exactly what would look best on my face. Really lovely woman with amazing knowledge of what she does. The make up was AMAZING. I felt beautiful and got nothing but compliments all night - make up lasted the whole night and did not crease. Really recommend and if I ever have an event Tabitha will be my first call!

I had a 1-2-1 make-up lesson, to help me with various aspects of make-up (including smokey eye, natural day look etc). Tabitha was excellent, lots of knowledge and easy way of explaining. I did one side of my face for practice and she corrected several times, which was most helpful! I have used the techniques she taught me since, and have received many compliments! I wish I had done this much sooner... (55y old). Thank you!

Had my hair done yesterday by Lisa. Was slightly hesitant due to past hair services by different salons but I'm in complete shock with how amazing my hair turned out after 1 service. It's the best it's ever felt and looked after a service. Lisa really listened and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair now. She is a true wizard at what she does. Felt so relaxed the whole time. I can’t recommend this salon highly enough! the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire team is professional and friendly. Ben and Becki are an absolute dream team when it comes to my hair. Ben always gives me a fantastic cut—he has an incredible eye for detail and really listens to what I want. Becki does my highlights, always creating the perfect blend that looks both natural and vibrant. Every visit is such a positive experience; they’re both clearly passionate about what they do.

Becci has worked wonders with my hair. She took great care in understanding what I was trying to achieve with my colour. I have visited many of the salons in Farnham and this is by far my most impressive experience. So happy to have met you Becci - thank you!

Had a balayage done with Becki and she has transformed my hair! My hair is long and extremely thick and I have found it hard to find a salon that is able to work with my hair but Becki did a fantastic job! I absolutely love it and will 100% be going back to her in the future!

From the minute I called the salon for an impulse treat to myself on #valentinesday. Georgia was engaging, warm and friendly over the phone. Her fabulous personality did not change when I met her at reception when I arrived. Served a flat white with a biscuit was a great start to a relaxing, wash and blowdry. Georgia's head massage was so good I stopped talking !! That's says a lot coming from me and to hear about her love of her family was a great way to make anyone feel welcome to her excellent customer care and this salon for the first time like me. My blowdry was perfect for me, big bouncy glam feel. Jorja did my highlights and I am super happy with the outcome looks so natural. Amy helped with toner and hair washing all I can say is what a great experience great head massage and so happy with my hair. Would recommend to everyone as I was definitely listened too and had great friendly advice.

Sadly i had a large knot but LILY did a brilliant job in teasing it out completely without any fuss. . She was very helpful in giving me suggestions on how to avoid hair knotting again .. Plus she trimmed hair and did an undercut. I have booked again for 8 weeks time Thank you Lily. You're a star 🌟

I have been a repeat customer at Susanne Saville for more than 3 years, this beauty saloon is exceptional. All the staff are very experienced and the treatments they carry out are high quality,leaving the customer feeling very pampered and improved! I usually have Rose as my beauty therapist, as well as being technically good at her job, she also has a friendly, relaxed manner and is a great listener. I highly recommend!

I had a Glycolic Peel facial with Katie today. I’ve had quite a few facials over the years, and I can say without doubt that this was the best facial I have ever had. It relaxed me so deeply I floated out of the salon, and my skin is like glass. Amazing!

I went to visit Katie Tillyer at Susanne Savilles, for semi permanent eyebrows. This is a procedure that that I had wanted for the last couple of years, however having your eyebrows 'tattooed' on was a very nerve racking thought. Why did I wait so long!!!! From the moment I arrived the service I received was amazing, so professional and reassuring. This procedure takes a couple of visits. On my first visit Katie focused on getting the colour exactly right for my skin tone and requirements, along with the shaping of the eyebrow. (I didn't have much and had to apply makeup to them daily). Katie carried out the filling, this procedure took approx 2.5 hours. I was sent home with very thorough care process to follow and invited back for my 2nd round 2 months later. My next session took approx 1 hour, where Katie reviewed my brows and topped up the colour. Within 10 days my eyebrows had healed, although it takes approx 3 weeks to see the full effect. It's facinating to watch the changes in them it's like magic. One question why did I wait so long, I no longer have to use make up on them, I don't look washed out when I go makeup free for the day, I absolutely love them! The service and results I've received are fanstastic and I would strongly recomend anyone to go and see Katie to have theirs done, don't wait, do it! Thank you so much Katie for all your care and support through the procedure.

Had an excellent visit and attentive service at the salon. Maria really listened and was very thoughtful and thorough when deciding what tones to pick for highlights. Lucie was also enthusiastic to give her advice and all staff members are really friendly! I love the result very much and am looking forward to going back!

Faye always does an amazing job with my hair. I have extensions and a colour and it looks great. The salon is easy to get to, plenty of free parking. Always feels very calm and unhurried spending time there.

I was recommended this salon and I have to say it didn't disappoint. Not only from the cut but the little touches that make getting your hair cut a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A warm welcome, massage chairs as you get you hair washed and a warm drink and biscuit was the cherry on the cake. Amazing experience in this wonderful space today. Colette took so much time to listen to what I wanted whilst offering her professional advice. Really pleased with my hair colour and was also so impressed with the warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Lots of extra lovely touches including great massage chairs and unlimited drinks. Basically felt very looked after and left feeling really happy with great hair! Highly recommend.

Faye's colour and cuts are amazing!!! She always listens to exactly what I want and makes it happen and if I just want a repeat of last time she does that too. Her cuts last so well - the shape stays good until the next cut. She's lovely to chat to. The whole team have set up a great salon and I love that the parking is easy and free!

Bonita was an absolute diamond, she gave me the most beautiful head of amazing highlights and was super welcoming and inquisitive about what exactly I wanted. She also made me promise to tell her if something was not right for me and just went above & beyond to give me a lovely experience.

Whatever Headmasters I go to, the staff are always friendly, well-trained and I love the atmosphere. There are usually great deals too. My hairdresser knew I was short on time, and did the fastest blow dry ever! But it still looked amazing. Thanks :)

Chloe did an amazing job on my hair. We chatted through what I was aiming for and she talked me through what would work and what we could achieve. I had a half head of foils and a toner run through and it looks amazing. Chloe blended the colour beautifully and it looks lifter and natural. She did a great job of checking in and making sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend having Chloe colour your hair!

Bonita is fantastic. She’s not only a talented hairdresser but also such a lovely lady. She gave me a beautiful pink colour I’ve always wanted, and when I decided to go back to blonde, she nailed it perfectly! Mooeys is fabulous for hot waxing! Have been using Mooeys for years for an ultimate Mooeys wax. Most painless waxes I’ve had!! Amazing for nails too. My daughter has had a nail birthday party there before. Highly recommend!! Recently had a manicure and nail art by Lydia - amazing!!!

I had Amberley for an eyebrow wax. She was great! Loads of attention to detail and really gentle. She saw the natural shape of my eyebrows instantly and worked with it, rather than trying to make them thicker which I’ve had in the past and doesn’t really work, this is exactly what I wanted but didn’t have to ask. Would definitely book her again.

The wonderful Bea has done my eyebrow tint and wax, Brazilian Wax, Manicure and pedicure. Fabulous attention to detail, makes you feel immediately at ease and so easy to converse with. Thank you, Bea!
