I have curly hair and since becoming a customer I regularly get compliments about my hair, never happened before. Best my hair has ever looked! Lovely staff and eco friendly, could not ask for me. I would recommend to everyone. Also very reasonably priced for the level of service.

Absolutely love this salon! Jemma has given me wonderful creative colours over the past few years and my hair cuts by Natasha are always perfection. A warm welcome every time And they even recycle your hair.

Had the BEST hair experience of my whole entire life here! I’ve been burnt (figuratively) by salons before, so was quite nervous before my appointment here … but I couldn’t have had a better time. They really took their time to understand exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the whole journey. They put so much time and care into my hair - I had 4 different staff members at different points in the process, and each one was wonderful. I’m honestly so excited to go back, and I have never loved my hair more!

I wish I'd started using The Salon years ago. Kelly and the team are so friendly and professional. My appointment ran on time and they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with social distancing, face coverings and hand sanitising. Most importantly, I love my new hair! Thank you Kelly

Manicure was perfect as usual. All staff was friendly and the atmosphere was really nice as usual. Only difference was, it was my first time for eyebrow waxing and shape at Mooeys, before that I was going to somewhere else. It was my first time at Mooeys today. Gaia did a beautiful job with my gel nail extensions. :-) I was a bit surprised the nail art (gold glitter added to the nail tips) was an extra £11. However it was a high quality treatment. I enjoyed meeting Gaia and she is professional and talented! I also enjoyed a teapig spice drink which was a lovely touch. I will be back.

After years of destroying my nails with acrylics, these girls have TRANSFORMED my thin, flexible nails. I started my journey in 2021 and it was probably one of the best decisions I have made. I done a lot of research on hair replacements and come across the hair lounge. When attending my consultation I was quite nervous but the minute I walked through the door I felt positive about the journey I was about to embark on. My journey has been absolutely amazing thanks to Tara and kaz. Always greeted with a warm welcome and the outcome of every appointment has been perfect. I’ve encountered a few hiccups on my journey where I’ve needed advice. Both Tara and kaz have always gone above and beyond to rescue me. I would 100% recommend the hair lounge.

What can I say? Tara is absolutely incredible at what she does!! As a hairdresser myself my hair is very important to me and thinning at a young age made me feel so self conscious about it. She has transformed me and given me so much more confidence. Love love love my hair!

So I had been suffering with hair loss for the past few years, with recent months having more significant hair loss, to the point I had lost myself and my confidence completely. I like many others looked at the options out there and came across The Hair Lounge, saw the reviews and how everyone had praised Tara's knowledge, warm approach, experience and her professionalism. So understandably I wanted to know more. I had a phone conversation with Tara to kick things off, discussing my concerns, my hair loss and what ideally I was looking for. This was the first opportunity I had to clearly see what everyone was reviewing about. Tara was so down to earth, so understanding and listened to my concerns, she also put me at complete ease and was straight to the point in terms of what could be offered. I decided to attend a consultation at The Hair Lounge and met with Tara, again she put me at ease, we discussed options and I got to see someone having a system replaced/fitted. Honestly it was absolutely amazing how that person looked with the system, you could not tell they had one and the confidence they had was amazing! Decided to go ahead with a system and take that all important decision to get my life back - Tara made me feel so comfortable, she is full of so much knowledge and literally cares so much about each of her clients, it is a personal journey for both parties so it is amazing to be able to be open and discuss everything. I can honestly say that Tara is such a wonderful person, cares truly about what she is doing and sees the whole process as giving the client their confidence back, whilst ensuring you come away with all the information you need. From my heart Tara I thank you for giving me back my confidence, for making me feel like me again and for providing me with an amazing system and a wonderful experience, you are amazing!

Helen is simply incredible - I’ve had a number of micro needling sessions and the results have been amazing. Not only that but the bonus of an incredible head massage - what is not to love. I recommend her to friends already and I highly recommend her to you all too.

I was very pleased with mine and my bridesmaids wedding hair, Sherrie did a fantastic job. She is a very focused hair stylist and made sure she delivered the styles that I asked for. I was especially impressed as she modified the styles after I wasn't 100% happy with the ones I tried during the trials. On the day the styles that Sherrie created were spot on and I was very happy with them!

Wow what an amazing service and professional colour, kelly is so natural and welcoming, taking everything into consideration . After having a bad experience prior and reverting to just tying my hair back and nervous to try again, thank god by chance I met kelly and stumbled across her business! She is a miracle worker (see below attached photos for proof!!) I’ll never book a “named” franchise business again!!
