So glad I came across the highly talented and lovely Chloe of Cloella beauty and aesthetics. She is friendly, professional and her work is fantastic, my results have been beautiful. The Salon is a cosy warm welcoming place to spend an hour or two, with lovely decor, relaxing music and a heated bed! Chloe has so far done a set of classic eyelash extensions for me and has microbladed my eyebrows, I feel brand new! Both times, I’ve been made to feel relaxed and looked after. My lashes are beautiful and natural looking - exactly what I asked for and my eyebrows are brow goals!! I’m so happy with them! Overall I can’t recommend a visit enough, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve discovered this little Godalming gem 💎

Highly recommend, have been going to Chloe for about 6 years now for my eyelashes and I have always been very happy. I have also had my eyebrows done with her and as always, they look amazing. I've had various beauty treatments with Chloe, including most recently eyelash extensions for my wedding and they were perfect and lasted ages! Chloe is brilliant - super meticulous and always takes the time to listen to your requirements. She also makes sure you're 100% happy with your treatment before you leave the salon and is happy to answer any questions. Going to the Hair and beauty bar was a wonderful experience, Everyone was very nice and welcoming, my Hairdresser took her time to get my hair just right, The hairdressers are very skilled and I'm happy to say that they managed to cut very thick and straight hair which has always a been challenge for many hairdressers I've went to before. I would definitely recommend their services, I'm looking foward to coming back when my hair needs another cut.

Recently moved to the area and I came across this little gem of a salon tucked away on the highstreet. Had a beautiful Matis facial, it was very relaxing, and my skin felt great! Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to my next one before Christmas. The staff were brilliant, I get anxious when trying new places however I met the salon manager Emily who greeted me, her customer service was brilliant, made me feel at ease coming into a new place for the first time. Felt like such a luxury almost like a mini spa.

Kelly has been looking after my hair for a few years now and I could not be happier! She is a fabulous colourist and stylist and I always look forward to my appointments due to her lovely, bubbly personality. Wow what an amazing service and professional colour, kelly is so natural and welcoming, taking everything into consideration . After having a bad experience prior and reverting to just tying my hair back and nervous to try again, thank god by chance I met kelly and stumbled across her business! I started my journey in 2021 and it was probably one of the best decisions I have made. I done a lot of research on hair replacements and come across the hair lounge. When attending my consultation I was quite nervous but the minute I walked through the door I felt positive about the journey I was about to embark on. My journey has been absolutely amazing thanks to Tara and kaz. Always greeted with a warm welcome and the outcome of every appointment has been perfect. I’ve encountered a few hiccups on my journey where I’ve needed advice. Both Tara and kaz have always gone above and beyond to rescue me. I would 100% recommend the hair lounge.

So I had been suffering with hair loss for the past few years, with recent months having more significant hair loss, to the point I had lost myself and my confidence completely. I like many others looked at the options out there and came across The Hair Lounge, saw the reviews and how everyone had praised Tara's knowledge, warm approach, experience and her professionalism. So understandably I wanted to know more. I had a phone conversation with Tara to kick things off, discussing my concerns, my hair loss and what ideally I was looking for. This was the first opportunity I had to clearly see what everyone was reviewing about. Tara was so down to earth, so understanding and listened to my concerns, she also put me at complete ease and was straight to the point in terms of what could be offered. I decided to attend a consultation at The Hair Lounge and met with Tara, again she put me at ease, we discussed options and I got to see someone having a system replaced/fitted. Honestly it was absolutely amazing how that person looked with the system, you could not tell they had one and the confidence they had was amazing! Decided to go ahead with a system and take that all important decision to get my life back - Tara made me feel so comfortable, she is full of so much knowledge and literally cares so much about each of her clients, it is a personal journey for both parties so it is amazing to be able to be open and discuss everything. I can honestly say that Tara is such a wonderful person, cares truly about what she is doing and sees the whole process as giving the client their confidence back, whilst ensuring you come away with all the information you need. From my heart Tara I thank you for giving me back my confidence, for making me feel like me again and for providing me with an amazing system and a wonderful experience, you are amazing!

I used to be very self conscious about my hair loss, my hair was receding when I was in my early twenties. I still remember my consultation with Tara I was so nervous but Tara was so professional, passionate and knowledgeable on what she does she soon had me feeling at ease. Many years later I’m still a loyal customer i wouldn’t even contemplate going anywhere else! After every appointment I walk out with perfect hair and feeling great - I now can’t even remember how self conscious and low used to feel. I now see Kaz for my appointments and she’s amazing at what she does, she was trained by the best so what do you expect! Thank you both so much for what you do! Manicure was perfect as usual. All staff was friendly and the atmosphere was really nice as usual. Only difference was, it was my first time for eyebrow waxing and shape at Mooeys, before that I was going to somewhere else. It was my first time at Mooeys today. Gaia did a beautiful job with my gel nail extensions. :-) I was a bit surprised the nail art (gold glitter added to the nail tips) was an extra £11. However it was a high quality treatment. I enjoyed meeting Gaia and she is professional and talented! I also enjoyed a teapig spice drink which was a lovely touch. I will be back.

Had the BEST hair experience of my whole entire life here! I’ve been burnt (figuratively) by salons before, so was quite nervous before my appointment here … but I couldn’t have had a better time. They really took their time to understand exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the whole journey. They put so much time and care into my hair - I had 4 different staff members at different points in the process, and each one was wonderful. I’m honestly so excited to go back, and I have never loved my hair more!
