Jo takes real pride in her work and it shows. Every time I get my nails done I receive compliments from friends and family. The experience is far superior then your general visit to a high street nail bar. She has an extensive range of products and colours. I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit and have found a nail technician for life.

Holly gave me a beautiful set of gel nails for an event. The salon was clean, welcoming, friendly and service efficient.

I bought my sister a Head Spa voucher to use at Serenity and it was amazing. From start to finish it was a lovely atmosphere where they had free chocolates and drinks, and the ambiance was very calm and relaxing for my sister. She thoroughly enjoyed the Head Spa and will certainly be returning 🤩

Ella is the best hairdresser I've ever had. She was able to understand exactly what I wanted and execute it perfectly every time, even with a range of requests. Ella is also very lovely to chat to and has a great manner, I always looked forward to my appointments and have only stopped going because I moved away. The salon itself is lovely, and seems to be increasing the spa element of it all the time. I highly, highly recommend Serenity and Ella.

I was lucky enough to have my hair washed and cut by Thea, and she was absolutely lovely. I had such a lovely time getting my hair done here. From my first consultation right through to the end result I felt pampered and well taken care of. I have long, thick, wavy hair which can be difficult to manage. Ella went above and beyond to ensure my highlights and cut suits my skin tone and face shape. The products they use on your hair is considered, bespoke, and of an extremely high standard. You literally feel as though you are having a spa day for your hair - living up to their salon name. During my visit I was also spoiled with Baileys hot chocolate, mince pies, and good conversation. A festive treat indeed. I will 100% be returning and cannot recommend this salon enough.

I had some advanced electrolysis. Saeeda was very professional and very efficient. I need to wait some time for the skin to heal, but only after 1 day I can see that the results are going to meet my expectations. I can fully recommend.

HQ for Men is hands down the best barbershop around, and Jackson is a top-tier barber! I always go for a skin fade, and he absolutely nails it every time—sharp, clean, and perfectly blended. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Great Cut with Jackson- I got long men’s hair down to my shoulders. Jackson’s a great stylist, he always spends time getting it right. Listens to what I want but also helps me decide the best way to do it with all his knowledge. Great lad, great cut.

The service and calibre of haircuts here is always impeccable. The whole team are friendly and approachable and Jackson is a superstar hairdresser. He knows how to do the perfect skin fade and is always super flexible and accommodating. 1000% recommend. This place is a rare find :)

Went in for the first time today and saw Crystal. Amazing barber, really friendly and I saw her doing a child’s hair before she did mine and she was really good with him as well. Definitely going back and will happily take my son to her as well.

Kelly is an amazing hairdresser. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When Kelly dyed my hair, the outcome was great, so much better than I expected. She has a great eye for colour ! A couple of weeks ago, Kelly gave me one of my best haircuts I've ever had. I'm so happy I found Kelly, and I can highly recommend her services 😍

It's always a pleasure getting my hair done by Kelly. She is really attentive and takes great joy and pride in her work, the salon is a relaxed informal environment and she always does a great job. Kelly is also great with my kids and even my husband gets his hair done here.
