Can’t thank Sharie at Leo Bancroft enough! She has completely transformed my hair and exceeded my expectations. Not only this but the whole team are so welcoming and the Christmas Prosecco trolly was an added bonus! I will always be coming here from now after having many of disappointed outcomes from previous salons. Very happy with my service today!!

I had such a great experience in the stunning Leo Bancroft Salon. Aside from the salon being beautiful, bustling and welcoming Kristen was very attentive, friendly and skilled at cutting my hair which is long, wavy and prone to frizz. She listened to what I asked for and the result was better than I expected! I rebooked right after the appointment. The reception team were also super professional and friendly and they gave me a complementary treatment on my next visit as I had originally booked in with a different stylist. But as this was my first time at the salon, it made no difference to me really and I am so pleased they moved me to Kristen anyway! I look forward to returning.

Even though from the outside it looks humble, inside it opens to a labyrinth of discovery. Gorgeously decorated rooms, halls and corridors opened as I travelled through the salon. I was greeted with stylish, welcoming, professional and happy staff. I was offered delicious artisan tea. Even the restrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated. I have very thick and long hair and know there is no chance I will get out in 3 hours, so in the end, it was 4.5 hours. My hair stylist was Emma, and she patiently worked with me through. And to get me out in time, train joint in to blow dry. I was there for full head highlights, toner, treatment, cut and sleek blow dry, and it all came to £280, same or less than half head highlights and toner at my previous place. Also, because I had to leave and Emma didn't have time to go over the cut on dry hair, she suggested that I drop by when I have time, and she will do it.

I had my wedding hair done at Leo Bancroft Salon with Amy. The service I received was excellent. It was easy to book an appointment. Amy went above and beyond to ensure my hair was perfect and made sure I had the most relaxing experience. I was taken upstairs to a private room to get ready with my bridesmaids while the photographer was there to capture the moment. My bridal hair was beautiful, plus it stayed in place all day.

Sara is very professional and friendly, she makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. She listens to what you want and discusses your options and makes suggestions so you feel involved in the whole process. She spends time on the preparation which ensures a lovely smooth nail to work on and the finished product is beautiful and lasts a good 4-5 weeks. I am so pleased that Sara has decided to open her own beauty salon, I will definitely be a regular visitor.

Sara is hands down the best nail artist I’ve come across in the UK. She’s super kind, patient, and really takes her time to help you pick the perfect nail colors, designs, and styles. She’s so careful and dedicated, making sure you leave totally happy with your nails. Yasmin is amazing too! She does haircuts, colouring , and eyebrows, and her work is top notch. She’s super involved in helping you decide what you want, and she makes sure the final result is exactly how you pictured it. You’ll leave feeling so happy and satisfied.

I was recommended Sara, at least 4 years ago! And I have never been to anyone else since. Sara is friendly, welcoming and very professional. I have taken my nieces to Sara and they have produced nail pictures of a design they have seen, Sara has always come up trumps! If my 6yr old daughter comes Sara always takes time to give her nails a pamper too! Always leave knowing my nails are professional but also done with passion! Highly recommend! Sara is a great pick me up when you need a pamper, the attention to detail, and checking they are perfect! Also amazing if you need an outfit matched to your nails! Perfect every time

Lash extension very well done. I went in for an off chance last minute appointment, and luckily someone had cancelled so Aryana was able to see me. My natural lashes are very curly so it’s rather difficult to fix extensions, but thankfully she was able to give me a hybrid fix. Really beautifully done.

Aryana did my lash extensions and threaded my eyebrows and both treatments were great she is such a professional and so friendly! The treatment room is so relaxing I keep falling asleep while Aryana does my lashes. Could not recommend her and the treatments she does enough!

Leah was professional and knowledgeable. I have fine hair and have recently had a baby so my hair has changed , very happy with my haircut. The salon was clean and tidy and although it was busy you don't feel like people are on top of you and you can have a conversation. I have another appointment booked for colour and will be then rebooking in advance.

I had a really lovely experience at The Little Parlour last month, with an eyebrow tint/wax + eyelash tint from Sammy, right before my wedding! I was so relieved as this was the first time I'd visited this salon, and you never know what to expect going somewhere new (especially nerve wracking the week before your wedding day!). However, knowing that it was for my wedding, Sammy took extra time to make sure that everything was perfect - and it really was! I will definitely be back for future appointments. Thank you!

I brought my daughter (11) to have her ears pierced. Naomi was very friendly and helpful and really put my daughter’s nerves at ease. She explained everything first and showed her what she was going to do. This really helped and the whole process was quick with no issues. Honestly this hair salon is 10 out of 10! It’s family run business and all of them are so lovely and friendly! Steven has done an amazing job which is beyond what I would have expected! As my asian hair is quite dark and it’s quite a challenge for local hairdressers to lift my hair. But Steven has lifted my warm band really well! It’s quite blonde for 1 session! I reckon I can go more blonde even I have a few more sessions witj them. I feel like this is a very down-to-earth hair salon that doesn’t promote themself too much. But trust me, they are very experienced with their wonderful skills! Also, my balayage only took me 3.5 hours this time! I am crying cuz I’m so happy with the result!! My hair looks so beautiful even from the front!!! Highly recommend this hair salon! It’s the best on Chertsey high street!!! Had another appointment with Steven and this time I went for highlights. I am so gassed with the results!! So Happy! Thank you so much!

Talia has done my hair 4 times. She is very professional and knowledgeable and my hair has always looked great as a result. She has excellent insight as to what would be good for my type of hair and for a good style. I feel I could trust her judgement on any concerns I had. She even gave me great ideas on home care styling that I still use every time I do my own hair. I live in the USA and travel to the UK frequently and when I do, I look forward to planning a visit to see Talia at the Mirra Salon.

I had an excellent experience from the phone call I made to book my appointment until I stepped out of the saloon. Lucy gave me a fantastic cut, styled my hair, and showed me different looks. The salon is welcoming and homey, even more so with the Christmas decorations and warming fire.

Today was my first appointment for a cut and blow dry with “Leah.” She was absolutely outstanding!! I am quite a fussy person on how my hair is cut, due to it being fine and curly. Also, having experienced unhappy haircuts in the past at various salons. Leah completely understood my concerns and constantly checked with me making sure I was happy with the cut. Leah is incredibly professional, caring, kind, approachable and oozes patience. I don’t normally have a blow dry, however, she suggested i have one on this occasion, then we can see the cut is blunt and even all the way around. During the blow dry, my hair was looking AMAZING!! The colour (silver) looked Incredible and very shiny. I was so happy for her suggestion to blow dry my hair, the finished result is incredible. She knows her stuff!! I truly am so grateful to Leah, for all her kindness and dedication towards me along the way, making sure I was happy with my haircut. I am over the moon, am going to keep up with blow drying my hair. Leah recommended for me to use a hot brush instead of a hair drier…hoping to buy one in the next week. I can’t wait for my next appointment in 12wks time. The Salon is beautiful, very cosy and stylish. All the staff seemed very happy, helpful, friendly and relaxed. Yesterday I had my hair done for the first time at Mirra hair salon. I found them googling long hair stylists near me. I saw a good level of reviews and booked on line - so taking a chance. I was very happy. Nice, clean salon. Met with smiling faces saying hello and quickly checked in. Good consultation for what I wanted and some suggestions. Really liked their back room for shampooing and the massage chairs. The best thing though was afterwards, I walked around Weybridge to do some shopping and 2 strangers commented on my hair looking so nice. Then my darling husband noticed and said how much the subtle changes in style suited me. I did say I paid a bit more than usual but he said it was worth it (wasn’t much more).. So I’ll be back!

We moved to Addlestone last year and still had not got round to finding a hairdresser. My 5 year old has been asking me for her hair cut for some time and after reading reviews I decided to try our nearest salon, Giovanni’s. My daughter is so thrilled with her hair, Giovanni was kind, gentle and patient with her. He cut her long hair in to a bob beautifully and blow dried it well. Giovanni has done such a good job that I’ve now booked myself in for a cut next week. Thank Giovanni for making my little girl very happy!

Went today for the first time for a cut and blow dry. Giovanni is an excellent hairdresser and has made my fine, dry hair look great. I was a bit apprehensive as the salon looks quite like a barber’s from the outside but I needn’t have worried - the salon has a lot of experience cutting ladies hair too. I would thoroughly recommend and will return. Great coffee too!

My hair was a disaster and Sophie transformed it, she was patient and explained the process to get my hair to the healthy shiny hair I now have ! I can’t recommend Collections enough! Fabulous salon with the best professional team who give a wonderful service and advice. Dan has been cutting and styling my hair for the last 7 years and he is a master with my hair, leaving it so manageable until the next appointment. My partner goes to him too now.
