Absolutely love the fresh cut I get from these geniuses! They were the first to ever cut my hair in the UK after my old hairdresser who did my first ever cut to my last one when I was in South Africa. I trust them with my life hahaha.

Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The stylist's suggestions for a fairly radical re-style were spot on. The new cut suits me and is manageable and I've received lots of complements. Will definitely be going back!

Had my hair done yesterday by Lisa. Was slightly hesitant due to past hair services by different salons but I'm in complete shock with how amazing my hair turned out after 1 service. Ben always gives me a fantastic cut—he has an incredible eye for detail and really listens to what I want. Becki does my highlights, always creating the perfect blend that looks both natural and vibrant. Every visit is such a positive experience; they’re both clearly passionate about what they do.

I had Amberley for an eyebrow wax. She was great! Loads of attention to detail and really gentle. She saw the natural shape of my eyebrows instantly and worked with it, rather than trying to make them thicker which I’ve had in the past and doesn’t really work, this is exactly what I wanted but didn’t have to ask. Would definitely book her again.

On hugely popular recommendation, I have just had my first treatment with Carol at Qeen Bee, I can honestly say that I have just had the best massage that I have ever had in my life. Just had my 2nd Natura Bisse '3D Collagen Shock Facial - otherwise known as 'The Oscars' Facial' and it was every bit as good as the first time. I just didn't want it to end. Carol's description of what was going to happen was brilliant and my skin felt unbelievably soft afterwards. Carol has a wonderful knack of making you feel totally special - she instinctively knows when you want to talk and when you want to be quiet. And you know it must have been good when the day after your usually unobservant husband peers at you and asks ' What have you done to yourself, have you got makeup on for a change as you look inexplicably younger today!'

I didn’t know how much I needed this facial! In Carols expert hands my skin was worked and cared for with great results. What a gorgeous experience the Nutra Bisse Facial is and so lovely that it can be made bespoke to your needs…. I would highly recommend!

I've been going to Carol for about 3 months and I've had a body massage and 2 facials. And she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is very easy to talk to, an expert with her hands and she knows what she's doing. The products she uses smell wonderful and thing feel great on your skin. My last facial was fantastic. She used different products, plenty of face massage and a mask that covers your face, eyes and mouth. When she feels it off its amazing. After Carol works her magic you feel like a new woman. You will never leave disappointed. You feel so relaxed and renewed after seeing Carol. I look forward to my next massage/facial with Carol

I have struggled with redness and inflammation and Neene was able to recommend the right treatments and has really helped my skin. Every visit is relaxing and luxurious, I would highly recommend!

The best massages I have ever had. I went to Embellished for a full body massage (primarily for shoulder tension and tight hamstrings). I feel so amazing after every session and haven't had any pains with either complaints since. Neene is incredibly attentive, an amazing human and I also love all the work she is doing in oncology!

I found Nicole by chance, was not sure about driving to Farnham, but where she is at the Memorial hall is just perfect, plenty of parking & no stress. Nicole is the loviest person you can ever meet. She listens & gives advice what is best for your hair. I am so happy I found her. I would definitely recommend.

Nicole is amazing! She did an absolutely beautiful job of styling not only my hair but all 8 of my bridesmaid's hair for my wedding. She also cuts and colours my hair regularly and always does a fantastic job. Previously, I would get nervous about getting my haircut, but with Nicole's abilities to listen, give invaluable suggestions and advice, I always feel confident it will look great. I would 100% recommend her!

I was new to Farnham a few years ago and tried many of the salons. I found Nicole as I saw her sign while driving. How glad I am that I did. Nicole is a wonderfully intuitive hairdresser who listens and advises really well. I have always been delighted with the results and whether a complete cut and colour or just a blow dry (which are always amazing), I always leave with a smile as it is such a wonderful experience. Nicole Is very efficient and always gives a first class service and the very best to her clients. So much so that when my daughter visits from Madrid she always go to see Nicole. I would recommend Nicole very highly - go and see her so close to the town, free parking and great coffee.

Came to get my daughter's hair fixed after a disastrous DYI haircut which seemed impossible to salvage (think Rudi Völler roundabout 1990) they've turned her hair from a patchy mullet to a cute bob cut and were really kind and patient. Thanks a lot!

Whatever Headmasters I go to, the staff are always friendly, well-trained and I love the atmosphere. There are usually great deals too. My hairdresser knew I was short on time, and did the fastest blow dry ever! But it still looked amazing. Thanks :)

Bonita was an absolute diamond, she gave me the most beautiful head of amazing highlights and was super welcoming and inquisitive about what exactly I wanted. She also made me promise to tell her if something was not right for me and just went above & beyond to give me a lovely experience.

Chloe did an amazing job on my hair. We chatted through what I was aiming for and she talked me through what would work and what we could achieve. I had a half head of foils and a toner run through and it looks amazing. Chloe blended the colour beautifully and it looks lifter and natural. She did a great job of checking in and making sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend having Chloe colour your hair!

Had the best experience today. The salon listened to what I wanted and the results show! I am so happy with the colour and how they all made me feel so welcomed. I was looked after by Lily and she was brilliant. She was attentive, skilled, kind and incredibly professional. When I wasn’t sure what I wanted and asked for her opinion, it was spot on. I came into the building a bit nervous about a big change in length but left incredibly satisfied and confident.

Sadly i had a large knot but LILY did a brilliant job in teasing it out completely without any fuss. . She was very helpful in giving me suggestions on how to avoid hair knotting again .. Plus she trimmed hair and did an undercut. I have booked again for 8 weeks time Thank you Lily. You're a star 🌟
