First time to this clinic and it didn’t disappoint. Amy was absolutely lovely, professional and went the extra mile. I tried a new treatment and was very satisfied with the service provided. I can see why derma-planing is popular . I was very thankful to have a taster of what micro needling feels like and it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I imagined. I had a lovely experience today at Bellissima Beauty & Aesthetics in Byfleet. I was looking for a new place for my manicure that is local, classy, clean, and professional. I felt content within the relaxed, minimalist atmosphere of the salon and the care I received from Victoria for my nails. I wasn't sure about BIAB, and Victoria explained in detail the benefits and the process, and as we were chatting, Amy came in. I noticed how clean and professionally crisp her nails were. I was sold on colour and look, so now I am enjoying my long nails with BIAB. I swapped my gel nails for a BIAB manicure. I am amazed at how light my nails & fingers feel with BIAB compared with the gel and am looking forward to going back in 3 weeks for another BIAB mani and a pedi.

I've recommended him to numerous friends and clients, and everyone has been thrilled with their results. I have short to medium hair, and every time Dan cuts my hair, it turns out fantastic. Excellent Salon, welcoming from the moment you step through the door. Receptionist are helpful and friendly. I started using collections Hair Club after reading such good reviews . My hair was a disaster and Sophie transformed it, she was patient and explained the process to get my hair to the healthy shiny hair I now have ! The salon is a really relaxing experience and always looks amazing. I would highly recommend it

I can’t recommend Collections enough! Fabulous salon with the best professional team who give a wonderful service and advice. Dan has been cutting and styling my hair for the last 7 years and he is a master with my hair, leaving it so manageable until the next appointment. My partner goes to him too now. Brilliant experience every time!

Had the most wonderful experience at Sorella! Took my 4 month with me and everyone was so lovely and accommodating, they made sure I had the 5 star treatment even with a little one. Liv (who does my hair) is incredible, she is so lovely and really took the time to listen to what I wanted; going through photos together etc and her confidence just puts me at ease. I’ve often left hair salons disappointed with the results, but NOT with Liv. I walked out feeling amazing with my new hair! Thanks so much, see you in a few months!

I don’t have enough word to say how much I like Sorella. I have been there as a model for hair cut and coloring. They are such lovely, friendly people. They explain you what they are doing. I love every corner of Sorella it aesthetically pleasing to your eyes. I love the way they give you drinks and small snack in lovely tray which makes you feel VIP😇 ohh and small menu to look what you want. Just love love love. Keep shining girls. Keep up your hard work. Couldn't recommend enough. I've had two appointments with Amber and have come away incredibly happy both times. I had an initial consultation with Amber before my first visit and I was so impressed when she came to my appontment equipped with several inspo pics to understand what look I was going for. I had my nails done at the salon Kam Was amazing, I felt very relaxed and they were very attentive. The salon is very clean and has a broad range of services on offer. They go over and beyond with their customer service. There is also free onsite parking. Highly recommend

I've been to Venus twice in the last 5 weeks and am most impressed. I am going to now aim to go at least once a month from now on. Both the boss who did a super manicure on my first visit and Nav who did my mani and pedicure the second time is lovely. They always fit you in at short notice there's parking outside and it's a wonderful local salon to have in West End. Recommended.

It was my first time visiting the salon today. It was for my daughter’s haircut. Initially I had only booked in my 11 year old but my youngest got fomo and Ellie managed to fit her in too for her very first cut! She was super friendly and engaging with the children and really took her time with them making sure they were happy with the style & length. They are both chuffed with their new haircuts. I have my hair cut by Hallie today. Her dedication and professionalism is more than what you can expect from a trainee. My hair type is not typical here and she managed it well. I would give her more stars if I could. Also the owner was very friendly and I could tell he is a great teacher, kind and professional. Will definitely be back next time and worth recommending to all for its nice atmosphere and excellent staffs.
