Had such a nice experience with my haircut and blow dry with Amy today! My hair is exactly the way I wanted it! She’s so good gives great hair care advice and was so pleasant and chatty! The blow dry was so comfortable and left my hair looking great! I would 100% recommend!

I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! Today I had the most amazing nail service today by the fabulous Karen. From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and got taken upstairs for my appointment in the spa. I got offered a range of hot drinks after choosing my nail colour. Karen had some great suggestions and idea about the gold foil what I just totally love. We had a great chat and I’m going to be rebooking very soon! The whole experience from start to finish was truly fabulous. I’ve also had my hair done in the salon as well by a few of the team there. Each and everyone single one of them are so talented. You would be in very safe hands with who ever you go with. Thanks team Aveda! I will be back.

I have been getting my haircut at Clay for nearly 15 years and whilst it’s always great, today I had my best haircut yet. I was served by Becky, a new hairdresser at the salon and she was amazing. I only came in for a wet cut, but she took the time to talk through products with me, blow drying techniques and I ended up paying for a full cut and blow dry. I love my hair, and really appreciate the effort that was put into my appointment, despite it initially being only a wet cut. Will definitely be requesting Becky again! Thank you!!

I couldn't be happier with the experience. My daughter's hair is thick and curly, and finding someone who knows how to handle it has always been a challenge. But Jack was incredible! From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. He listened carefully to what we wanted and gave professional advice on what would work best for her curls. My daughter left the salon beaming with joy, and can’t wait to return.

Best hairdressers in Surbiton! Having frequented all three hair salons in the area, found my experience with Olsi and Maryam to be truly wonderful. I've never done Balayage before and they gave me such a good explanation and I absolutely loved my end results. I had so many compliments from guests at my wedding and my new husband also loves my new hair so much! Had a really good experience with Olsi after having my hair get increasingly blonde, damaged, and flat by another local salon when I was actually trying to go back towards my natural, slightly darker colour, so I decided to try here based upon their reviews. He took time to talk me through the highlights I wanted, using a colour chart and ensuring I understood the result and agreed the approach, and didn't feel like part of a production-line high volume generic salon. The result is better than I hoped for and I will definitely be back as Olsi is a true professional and clearly understands not just the immediate outcome but how it will change over the coming weeks. My hair was a disaster and Sophie transformed it, she was patient and explained the process to get my hair to the healthy shiny hair I now have !
