I have been to Clip & Curl twice and was lucky to have Martha cut my hair in these two visits. She is such a lovely, professional and passionate hairstylist. Even though I have moved out of Guildford, I will still take the time to go back for an awesome haircut. It is worth it.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Dessi who does my hair is fantastic! Her sense for colour and skill for styling, whilst subtly incorporating the current trends, is OUTSTANDING!!!! I commute from the other end of Surrey to have my hair done with her.. the logistics are worth it because she is absolutely amazing. Last time she cut my very long hair so that I can donate it and I left Dessi’s with a bouncy balayaged bob that felt like a true statement! I have been enjoying the compliments since!!!!!! ❤️

I found this salon since moving to Guildford and every time I’ve been they have been the most welcoming people! They create such a comfortable environment and do such a great job with my hair! I have full trust in them and 100% recommend visiting here for your next hair appointment :)

As a new client I was a little apprehensive of getting the cut that I wanted but Zoe nailed it. The staff are friendly and you do not need to remortgage to pay the bill. Certainly would recommend Sebastians as a go to place.

Today I had the most amazing nail service today by the fabulous Karen. From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and got taken upstairs for my appointment in the spa. I got offered a range of hot drinks after choosing my nail colour. Karen had some great suggestions and idea about the gold foil what I just totally love. We had a great chat and I’m going to be rebooking very soon! The whole experience from start to finish was truly fabulous. I’ve also had my hair done in the salon as well by a few of the team there. Each and everyone single one of them are so talented. You would be in very safe hands with who ever you go with. Thanks team Aveda! I will be back.

I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! So thank you very much Amy for giving me a perfect new style and for doing a fab job! Xx

Ross is the ultimate professional, I love the way he understands me and my hair he always gets it absolutely perfect. He is caring calm and such an asset to the salon he also does the BEST hair wash and head massage, in such a lovely environment.

As always, a visit to Julia Lampard’s salon is something to look forward to. The music is jazz, blues influenced but never intrusive. Tea is served in a cup and saucer with teapot and milk jug and that’s before I’ve even had my hair touched! Alice knew exactly what I meant when I asked her to make my hair look thicker and gave me a style that is versatile and yet groomed and flattering. I’ve been having my hair cut and highlighted at the salon for 6 years now and have never found it to be less than exceptional.

Wonderful welcome and kind, caring service at reception. I was nervous about having a guy do my hair, I was a bit self conscious. Receptionist was understanding and so encouraging. James put me at ease immediately. I gained fab tips and advice in the first few minutes, resulting in a cut as well as a blow dry. Great chat but also let me just be when I closed my eyes to enjoy in the moment. (The head massage is the highlight for me in the hair experience, and I missed this). Felt great, hair looked great when I left with yet more advice for helping the look last. Fabulous all round.

To begin, I had a slight concern that the hairstyle I received was not precisely what I had envisioned. However, Lottie was called to assist, and the matter was resolved in a cordial and professional manner, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, while Grace washed my hair, I noticed that she did not offer a back massage, even though the chair was equipped with the appropriate feature. Furthermore, she did not inquire about the water temperature, which was unfortunately too hot for my comfort. Despite these minor issues, I must say that my overall experience was still enjoyable. The salon is charming and bustling with dedicated professionals. Thank you, 💗

All staff members were incredibly polite. The assistant that washed my hair made sure of asking me if I was okay with every step of the process, from water temperature to the pressure while massaging my scalp. Gareth, my hairdresser, was courteous and listened to what I wanted. We had a very pleasant conversation throughout and the result is fabulous.
