We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We were very happy with the beautiful job that Ella did with the decorations for our wedding. We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

I am so glad I had come across Bellissima Days at a wedding fair and making a decision to book them to style our wedding! During our initial planning meeting we discussed lots of ideas and after this, they really listened, created and delivered as we were stunned with the outcome! It was exactly what we had hoped and visualised, and the whole thing came together beautifully. The booking process was so easy and seamless and Dani and Issi did an amazing job and were so friendly and professional. We really felt at ease and on the day I didn't have to think of anything as they had it all under control. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!

Our wedding was made all the more special and beautiful because of them From the first time we met at the Horsley Towers wedding fare, until the morning after the wedding, they were so helpful and accommodating and just made my vision come to life. I knew I wanted something classic, elegant with gold, but no idea how to take what I could imagine in my head into real life, or what flowers would be best to achieve this look. I just knew I had an overall goal. So grateful for Issi & Danni as they made it everything I dreamed of and more. I could not recommend Bellissima Days enough! Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Everything ran so smoothly and it really did take away any stresses from me on the morning, we couldn't have asked for better so thank you so much.

We cannot thank Helen enough for all the support she gave us on the lead up to our wedding, but more importantly, on the day. We hired Helen to do the ‘day-co-ordination’ but she was always there beforehand to ask any questions or just run ideas past. Helen also supplied the table service staff which was great to have all logistics under Helen herself. We used h squared for our wedding in July 2024 and we honestly can’t recommend them enough! It was a very “DIY” day so we were worried about switching off from planning mode to just enjoy it. Helen put us at ease in the lead up, advising and helping with issues and Isobel could not have been more helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself. She was around in the lead up and helped us anticipate potential issues before they arose. She was in control of the whole day but somehow blended into the background. We were aware of her being there keeping everything ticking along without feeling like we were being ordered around. If you are planning any event any time soon, h squared is the way to go, what a team! She even found out our favourite drinks and met us at the end of the aisle with them (photo attached!) If you’re planning a wedding and looking for a wedding co-ordinator, planner, interior stylist, photography assistant, camera operator, hypewoman, floral arranger, therapist, sounding board, expert and friend then you simply MUST book Helen Steward from H2Events. I say this because these are just a handle of the things she did for my husband and I in the lead up to and the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond just doesn’t do it justice! My husband was initially skeptical when I decided to work with a wedding planner - his thoughts now? “Hiring Helen is the best money we’ve ever spent, the wedding would not have happened without her help!” My wedding has been one of the greatest days of my life and it would not have gone so smoothly without Helen’s calming presence, firm but friendly leadership and very warm smile. Our guests really felt she was a part of a wedding. Book her before she gets booked up!!!

From helping with the finer details of our day to always going the extra mile in everything she did we felt at ease and stress free. Steve was a joy to deal with from start to finish. We first met at a wedding fayre at Horsley Towers and that’s a great way to both meet your DJ and see what is on offer. He is so easy to talk to and good fun to boot. Our discussions helped us to focus on what music we wanted and even included various versions of the same song we loved and reprised throughout the day. Steve even coped with last minute changes including a sparkling dance floor and extra time to make our day special. On the day the music got everyone up dancing and even included a guess the tune section. Fantastic evening and a great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. Louise thought of everything and was great at dealing with suppliers - including some tricky customers! She was always on hand and we had such confidence in her - it was a blessing to hand everything over to her in the run up to the reception. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. We couldn't have imagined the stress had Louise not been there, it was amazing how on top of things she was. She really enabled us to just enjoy ourselves without any worries at all. When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. Helen and her team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them. We've used Events by Helen for 5 events now - wedding, anniversary, 50th & 80th bday parties and a London office party. To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!
