We used Party Doctors to help us with a joint 18th birthday party for our daughter and her two friends. They were fantastic. From the first enquiry to the event itself they were honest, helpful, accommodating, trustworthy, professional and reliable. We had 250 guests of varying ages and Party Doctors literally created a night club in our garden. Everything from the marquee, indoor and outdoor lighting, DJ, bar, bar staff, food, toilets and security they arranged for us which took away the stress and allowed us to really enjoy the evening with our guests. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them - they honestly are all a pleasure to work with and know how to throw an unforgettable party !

Our company has worked with Party Drs on several occasions. They are a joy to work with, creative, professional and patient. Nothing seems too much to handle, and they understood our brand and requirements very quickly, carrying this through each event. The staff themselves are great, both friendly and humourous whilst maintaining professionalism. Our recent even was a large exhibition which they took care of from start to finish. From designing our stand to completing all the paperwork and formalities with the venue. Raj and Dom took great care in making sure our stand was ready and even took over aspects that were not in their remit to ensure it met our standards. Raj, Dom and their staff took very good care of our company and customers. When our stand was extremely busy, they took the initiative to mingle with the crowd, offer drinks so our guests were not left hanging around empty handed. Even "off the clock" they assisted in arranging transport home for our stranded customers. This was just a typical example of the lengths they will go to to ensure the event is a success for their customer. We have not hesitated to book again for next year.

Photos can't translate how amazing our wedding day was. Raj, Dom and everyone at Party Doctors did an incredible job, working around the clock to make sure our dream wedding happened just the way we wanted. Harry was great with our experience from start to finish. We needed a large marquee for our wedding and he made sure everything was perfect for us. The marquee itself was great and completely steady and was put up with plenty of time to allow us to decorate. Harry also provided us with a stage for our band and a dance floor which were both also perfect for our event. Very professional and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for any event.

Blue Circle provided a bar for our wedding reception and were fantastic. Tom who was managing the bar kept me in the loop and the whole team were willing to help. Fantastic prices and service during the event and great support throughout the planning stages. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

The best decision we made at our wedding was to host it at Hoath House. The house was absolutely amazing but the main reason that Hoath house was the perfect venue is because of Harry. He was a dream to work with, and we feel so lucky that he is the coordinator of such an amazing venue! Harry was with us every step of the way of the planning process, and his event expertise allowed us to really get the most out of our celebration. He helped us to bring the vision to life by offering advice about the flow of people, the food and drink service and the general logistics of hosting a wedding. Whenever we had questions for him he was happy to hop on a call and give guidance, and he maintained a calm, professional and kind demeanour throughout the whole process. On top of all of that, he is just a really great guy. He took the stress out of planning the wedding, because he was so incredibly knowledgable and supportive of our plans! He really listened to and understood our vision and he helped to bring it to life. All of the vendors he recommended were fantastic, and we feel so lucky to have had him involved in our big day. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. They kept the flow of people moving, but also keeping smiles on faces, not just of us, but of every single guest! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

"Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Helen and her team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them. We've used Events by Helen for 5 events now - wedding, anniversary, 50th & 80th bday parties and a London office party. Each time, Helen has been brilliant before the event gathering information, planning the day, sourcing supplies, liaising with other suppliers and ensuring everything is in place. Then on the day Helen and her team work so hard so the event runs like clockwork and managing all aspects, including us. Our most recent event was my daughter's wedding for 150 people at a dry hire event space in London.
