If you’re planning a wedding and looking for a wedding co-ordinator, planner, interior stylist, photography assistant, camera operator, hypewoman, floral arranger, therapist, sounding board, expert and friend then you simply MUST book Helen Steward from H2Events. I say this because these are just a handle of the things she did for my husband and I in the lead up to and the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond just doesn’t do it justice! My husband was initially skeptical when I decided to work with a wedding planner - his thoughts now? “Hiring Helen is the best money we’ve ever spent, the wedding would not have happened without her help!” My wedding has been one of the greatest days of my life and it would not have gone so smoothly without Helen’s calming presence, firm but friendly leadership and very warm smile. Our guests really felt she was a part of a wedding. Book her before she gets booked up!!!

We cannot thank Helen enough for all the support she gave us on the lead up to our wedding, but more importantly, on the day. We hired Helen to do the ‘day-co-ordination’ but she was always there beforehand to ask any questions or just run ideas past. Helen also supplied the table service staff which was great to have all logistics under Helen herself. The knowledge and passion Helen has for these events is very clear and we know that the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly if we didn’t have her there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We used h squared for our wedding in July 2024 and we honestly can’t recommend them enough! It was a very “DIY” day so we were worried about switching off from planning mode to just enjoy it. Helen put us at ease in the lead up, advising and helping with issues and Isobel could not have been more helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself. She was around in the lead up and helped us anticipate potential issues before they arose. She was in control of the whole day but somehow blended into the background. We were aware of her being there keeping everything ticking along without feeling like we were being ordered around. If you are planning any event any time soon, h squared is the way to go, what a team! She even found out our favourite drinks and met us at the end of the aisle with them (photo attached!) We hired Helen as our “day of” wedding coordinator but luckily for us it was more like “month of”. My wife and I wanted to plan everything but then we needed help with the lead up to and the day of our wedding. Helen swooped in a month before our wedding and helped us SO much. I was very nervous and anxious about the day going well and Helen was the reason why it went perfectly. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and I’m so grateful. Several wedding guests sought us out to tell us “that Helen lady was amazing!” She was always close by for anything that needed doing and was gracefully orchestrating the whole day with calm confidence. She was exactly who we needed.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! I loved working with Lucia. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable. She is evidently devoted to ensuring that your wedding day is perfect from start to finish. I'm really looking forward to working with her again, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

We initially approached Lucia for event styling, wanting to bring cohesion to our vision for a beautiful wedding at the Corinthia London. We struggled to find any inspiration pictures for what we wanted as it didn’t exist. Lucia offered both simple ideas and more extravagant options to bring cohesion without pressuring us. Her expertise extended beyond design elements to enhancing our guests’ experience, suggesting unique ideas we hadn’t considered. Both of us were quite time poor so it was a relief to know there was someone looking after these things! The day before the wedding my mother had an unexpected injury. Unsure of how serious it was, I contacted Lucia first. Within three hours of scheduled departure we had two ambulances at the house. Lucia stayed in contact as we traveled to the venue with all luggage. We put Lucia in contact with my Dad in the hopes my parents would be able to travel to the venue later. Lucia researched transport options and arranged for them to join us once mum was released from the hospital. Not as easy as it sounds when you live in Kent, the wedding is in London, and your parents are at a hospital in a location you don’t even know. This was above and beyond her duties but it truly speaks to her caring nature. I will never forget how Lucia kept it together for us on that day. Many guests called it the best wedding they’d ever attended, largely thanks to Lucia’s seamless coordination with her suppliers. On the day she was in her element. She ensured everything ran like clockwork, creating a truly phenomenal and unforgettable event. Lucia, thank you for your dedication, late nights, and guidance in making our wedding day one to remember!

Not sure even where to begin with how incredible Lucia is - from listening to my random selection of ideas and Pinterest photos on our first call to turning that into a beautiful, modern, sophisticated vision which was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. At every meeting my husband and I walked away saying “Lucia is the best decision we made.” Beyond the amazing design, Lucia’s organisation, planning and delivery of our day and the management of the collection of suppliers (I also was so happy with every supplier she recommended personally) made the whole experience completely stress free and I know we wouldn’t have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did if we hadn’t had such a trusted and excellent planner. Our guests and family also commented on excellent she was. Lucia’s attention to detail is incredible - there was no detail that she hadn’t considered or wasn’t on top of and it really showed. Our wedding was made all the more special and beautiful because of them From the first time we met at the Horsley Towers wedding fare, until the morning after the wedding, they were so helpful and accommodating and just made my vision come to life. I knew I wanted something classic, elegant with gold, but no idea how to take what I could imagine in my head into real life, or what flowers would be best to achieve this look. Honestly what an absolute life saver and dream team these girls are. We were originally planning to DIY our wedding but after speaking to Dani & Issi about what they could offer it was a no brainer. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. I am so glad I had come across Bellissima Days at a wedding fair and making a decision to book them to style our wedding! During our initial planning meeting we discussed lots of ideas and after this, they really listened, created and delivered as we were stunned with the outcome! My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. Louise thought of everything and was great at dealing with suppliers - including some tricky customers! She was always on hand and we had such confidence in her - it was a blessing to hand everything over to her in the run up to the reception. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.
