We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! All our guests commented on how stunning it looked

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.

We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. Jenna not only exceeded expectations in her role as our wedding planner but has also, become our friend, hopefully for life. Jenna spent a lot of time with us discussing the vision we had for our wedding. She has a network of fantastic suppliers who are all professionals and industry experts in their fields. I have to call out the hair and make up team I had who made all of us feel so calm despite the task ahead of them. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! Kim was fantastic, I really wanted to celebrate my 40th in style but didn’t want the stress and pressure of organising a party. Kim was highly recommended by a friend and she didn’t disappoint. Kim arranged to come to my house a few days after first contact. She came up with some fantastic ideas and had some great suppliers to hand. Kim was very efficient and always contacted me to give updates on all the arrangements and so I felt relaxed and just excited to have a 40th celebration with my friends and family, as I knew that everything was in place and being looked after. I would say that I had one of the best nights of my life and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The drink and food was flowing and we all had an absolute blast dancing the night away. The next big party will be my husbands 50th and I will certainly be contacting Kim for another stress free experience.

Hampton Court House is an absolutely stunning gem of a venue! The house is beautiful with gorgeous period features and decor but still has a very homely feel. It's the perfect wedding venue! I've photographed weddings here in summer and winter and its lovely all year round. The lovely gardens and terraces look very exotic and are great for drinks receptions outside, and with an equally stunning dining room to host your wedding breakfast. The staff are always friendly and amazingly helpful and always go our of their way to assist. The food is always delicious too! I can't recommend this venue enough - you'll have a fabulous experience here and will be very well looked after!

We had our amazing wedding day at HCH last weekend, and can't find fault with anything about the venue or the events team. From day one at the open day 15 months ago, we fell in love with the place, and knew it was perfect for our big day, and every time we visited again, it made us even more sure of our choice. Vicky was great as our day to day planning contact - so friendly and quick to reply to our queries, and always on hand to show us round with a smile when we visited. A big shout out to Glauce as well, our venue manager on the wedding day, who made sure everything ran seamlessly. The venue and grounds are gorgeous, and we had an amazing day in the sunshine, as did our guests! A true hidden gem amongst the many venues we looked into, and we want to do it all again! We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! Bespoke worked tirelessly to pull together our perfect August marquee wedding. We had a relatively small budget to work with which Karianne worked so hard to match and in the end we were extremely happy with how our budget was used. The field itself has a beautiful view and Karianne managed to find the best vendors (DJ, mobile bar, marquee, even toilets!!) to match our theme and budget. Even on the day, she was there to make sure everything went seamlessly. We cannot thank Bespoke enough for the best wedding ever!

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Bespoke at Littleton Manor Farm last month. The setting is unique and beautiful, and really made an impression on our guests. Karianne worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. The event came together in a way that felt authentic to us, and went off without a hitch. It's a lot of work planning an event with such a blank canvas, but the end result came out better than we could have imagined.

Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. The 5 stars are all for the wonderful Eve! I honestly can't say enough good things about her — she was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, Eve was incredibly supportive, always there to offer guidance and keep me on track. She even helped me pull off a huge surprise for my husband, which was no small feat! On the big day, Eve made sure everything ran smoothly. She was constantly running around, keeping everything organized and handling any hiccups with such calm and grace. And even when the waiters (who were honestly a bit of a disaster — my fault, not Eve’s) needed help, she jumped right in to make sure things didn’t fall apart. If I were ever to plan a wedding again (though I really hope I don’t have to!), there’s no doubt that I would want Eve on my team. She truly made the day unforgettable and took so much stress off my shoulders. I couldn’t have done it without her!

Firstly, we wanted to start with a big thank you! To say the flowers on our wedding day were beautiful, is an understatement. They were stunning and all our guests agreed! From the moment I met Jayne I knew she was the women to create our flower dream. As a flower lover, who also decided to get married in a historic garden Jayne had a big challenge, but she created something more beautiful than we could have ever have dreamed. Hi. We met Jayne and Rozana at an open event at our venue Stanlake Park wine estate. They immediately put us ar ease with their approach and style and had some lovely options on display for the tables - one of which we based our wedding on. When we decided to go ahead we had a zoom call and many email exchanges and phone calls re requirements. Jayne also came up to meet us at our venue to go through things in more detail. This included suggestions, designs, last minute additions plus advice and contacts what to do with our amazing flowers afterwards. When I saw the flowers on the wedding morning I was blown away - simply gorgeous. They highlighted and complimented our theme perfectly. We had a few displays which Jayne and Rozana moved between the ceremony and reception including a stunning arch. Everything was perfect. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). I felt so listened to—no idea was too small or silly, and Precious always provided thoughtful advice on what would or wouldn’t work. On the day (and during setup the day before), the professionalism of Precious and Sean was truly unmatched. Every vision I had came to life, their attention to detail and problem solving meant that when I walked into the venue after getting ready with my bridesmaids, I was blown away. The little touches they added made it so much more special. They handled all the suppliers so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice anything happening behind the scenes.
