Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. The 5 stars are all for the wonderful Eve! I honestly can't say enough good things about her — she was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, Eve was incredibly supportive, always there to offer guidance and keep me on track. She even helped me pull off a huge surprise for my husband, which was no small feat! On the big day, Eve made sure everything ran smoothly. She was constantly running around, keeping everything organized and handling any hiccups with such calm and grace. And even when the waiters (who were honestly a bit of a disaster — my fault, not Eve’s) needed help, she jumped right in to make sure things didn’t fall apart. If I were ever to plan a wedding again (though I really hope I don’t have to!), there’s no doubt that I would want Eve on my team. She truly made the day unforgettable and took so much stress off my shoulders. I couldn’t have done it without her!

Bespoke worked tirelessly to pull together our perfect August marquee wedding. We had a relatively small budget to work with which Karianne worked so hard to match and in the end we were extremely happy with how our budget was used. The field itself has a beautiful view and Karianne managed to find the best vendors (DJ, mobile bar, marquee, even toilets!!) to match our theme and budget. Even on the day, she was there to make sure everything went seamlessly. We cannot thank Bespoke enough for the best wedding ever!

To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Thank you to all the team for helping to add those special finishing touches to our day.

Me and my partner got married on the 17th of July at the beautiful Brookfield Barn venue. As soon as we booked in our date I booked us in for a meeting with the lovely team at To Have and To Hire. From start to finish we had the best experience. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and helping us to make the best decisions with the vision we had in mind. On the big day, the entire team put my mind at ease with their super fast set up but with an extreme attention to detail! Not only did they perfect our vision perfectly, but they even allowed us to use some of their spare faux flowers to decorate my own sweet cart so that it would tie in with the rest of the flower arrangements on our tables! Our guests complemented every inch of the styling, from the beautiful faux flowers that lined our aisle, to the mixture of high and low centre pieces which allowed people to speak freely and easily around the room. The team even ensured that the chair sashes and table runners matched my colour scheme perfectly! The team created some real statement pieces, these being the utterly jaw dropping faux flower wisteria ceiling with matching wisteria trees, creating a stunning fairytale feel to the barn, and the lovely memorial ladder complete with Bay tree and candles for all our beloved family members who could not be with us. All these things, combined with the cake hoop, the unique table plan and the welcome sign, all with matching florals, tied everything together beautifully and made for a truly magical wedding day and we can't thank To Have and To Hire enough for that, we are forever grateful. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

We got married at High Billinghurst Farm on 30th November 2024, and we could not have been more happy with our choice. The barn is absolutely stunning, something our guests continue to comment on, and created the most stunning backdrop to our day. It's an intimate venue which just invites people to feel relaxed, and for an Autumn/Winter wedding, felt like a big hug, and created the most beautiful backdrop for photographs, whether amateur or professional. The two barns (new and old) created an incredible and easy flow as we moved between the two spaces, from ceremony and reception, to wedding breakfast, cocktail hour and dancing. The place is so flexible and has so many features, indoors and out, that it would be the perfect, most idillic setting at any time of year. Tom and team were fantastic to work with and wonderful on the day itself, working with our other suppliers so that we did not even have to think about logistics on the day. Thank you all so much. We had the most special day.

Truly the most magical wedding venue. We are so happy with our decision to go with High Billinghurst Farm and we were so proud on the day to receive an abundance of compliments on our venue choice. Not only did they have a stocked prop room, two beautiful spaces, dry hire, and an incredibly organised and friendly team, but they also recommended some brilliant suppliers who were just as wonderful as them. Thanks to Tom and his team we were able to have our dream wedding! Could not be happier and we recommend them very highly to anyone who wants a whimsical, sparkly, natural, and romantic setting!

High Billinghurst Farm is a gorgeous barn and rustic boho venue, south west of the Surrey Hills. Having photographed Weddings there I can say that from experience that the staff and facilities are wonderful and perfect for your Wedding Day in Surrey. A gorgeous getting ready house for the bride and a stunning barn with an extra space attached for guests and seating, lots of parking, a bar area, gorgeous courtyard with lawn with fields nearby and endless possibilities for photos on your day. We got married here this summer and couldn't have been happier with the whole weekend! It was absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments on how brilliant the venue was! The layout is so well set out that it gave the day the perfect flow. Tom and his team were brilliant in the run up, answering our questions and doing everything they could to accommodate our perfect day. The day before they were incredible setting up the props how we wanted them, and were really helpful with ideas and suggestions. We got ready at the cottage, married in the beautiful woodland, canapes in the courtyard and dinner and the party in the main barn, finished off with surprise fireworks and camping in the field. We stayed in the shepherd hut which was beautifully decorated and enjoyed breakfast on the Sunday with our camping guests before the pack down. On the night Chris was awesome at helping to coordinate the suppliers and deal with timing problems with the band so we didn't need to get involved, as well as keeping the fireworks under wraps to help surprise the bride and guests. We can't thank you all enough for everything you did to give us the most spectacular day! This is such a versatile wedding venue that has so many options to give you peace of mind with the weather.

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. Mercedes, you are a talent and if I only made one right decision with regards to my wedding, I know It was choosing you to make our dream day a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert!
