When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen and her team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them. We've used Events by Helen for 5 events now - wedding, anniversary, 50th & 80th bday parties and a London office party. Each time, Helen has been brilliant before the event gathering information, planning the day, sourcing supplies, liaising with other suppliers and ensuring everything is in place. Then on the day Helen and her team work so hard so the event runs like clockwork and managing all aspects, including us. Our most recent event was my daughter's wedding for 150 people at a dry hire event space in London. It was the most magical day, beautifully set up and I got to enjoy every single moment as Helen carried the weight of the day, managing all of the moving parts. It could not have gone any smoother and I couldn't have done it without Helen and her team. Events by Helen is my go to party and event team. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

"Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. Faultless organisation from start to finish and birthday girl is left with amazing memories of an unforgettable night. She is still smiling! Thank you so much, Mirage.

Simply the best! We used Mirage Parties to organise our daughter's wedding and they were outstanding. Their attention to detail, creativity, expertise and overall ease to work with were fantastic. Mirage organised a fantastic triple 21st birthday party for us. They were very professional from initial planning, six month prior, through to post party clear up. Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Bespoke at Littleton Manor Farm last month. The setting is unique and beautiful, and really made an impression on our guests. Karianne worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. The event came together in a way that felt authentic to us, and went off without a hitch. It's a lot of work planning an event with such a blank canvas, but the end result came out better than we could have imagined.

Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. Bespoke worked tirelessly to pull together our perfect August marquee wedding. We had a relatively small budget to work with which Karianne worked so hard to match and in the end we were extremely happy with how our budget was used. The field itself has a beautiful view and Karianne managed to find the best vendors (DJ, mobile bar, marquee, even toilets!!) to match our theme and budget. Even on the day, she was there to make sure everything went seamlessly. We cannot thank Bespoke enough for the best wedding ever!

Max is absolutely brilliant! He entertained a wide variety of ages at my daughters baptism; acting as both a DJ for the adults and an entertainer for children. We couldn’t have asked for more! The kids loved all the games and the awesome balloon swords that my son won’t put down. We had so many compliments from everyone who attended and even the adults enjoyed the kids magic show! Very enjoyable Santa experience. The elf's and Santa we're friendly, enthusiastic and great with all the children. The show was funny and enjoyable to watch. Our children also enjoyed the extra activities in the experience these included decoration making, magic show and colouring to mention a few. I would recommend checking these guys out 👍🏻

Where to start on this incredible setting, venue and team. Everyone involved at Botley have been simply superb from the moment we first walked into the venue. The team are part of your special day all the way through and make each moment count. The biggest praise I could give them would be how the guests commented that everything ran to clock work, nothing was too much trouble and they just cared so much about making our day so very special. We cant thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking at the venue. A truly 5 star experience that we will never forget.

Our journey with Botley started on a cold Jan in 2023. Upon arrival Lily & Rachel showed us around the gorgeous barns and grounds and we were able to picture our wedding day there which wasn't due until July 2024. During that long 18 months we were in frequent contact with Lily & team and we had a couple of visits for supplier days and wine selection tasting... which I might add was spectacular, Lily and Rachel made sure we had sampled everything and then some ;) Fast forward to July 2024. I stayed in one of the Shepherds huts the night before the big day (only available under certain circumstances) which was very relaxing and brilliant to get a feel for what was about to come. On the day the Botley team were in full swing and everything was perfect. Lily, Rachel and team kept every single promise and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and that the Bride (my new wife), Bridesmaids our guests were comfortable and well looked after. I was the Photographer a wedding here last week and I can't tell you how awesome this venue is. The staff are so lovely (theres even a cat) and they were on hand all day to help. the venue itself is stunning, the views out the back at great and the barn itself with that big glass window is iconic. The ceremony room is a stone barn with great natural light and a small prep room on the mezzanine. The wedding breakfast room is a large room with air conditioning and a bar. Theres a gate out to the fields where we went for couples portraits and the sunsets over the hills which makes for some awesome sunset photos. I can't wait to come back to this venue!

What can we say…the team at Botley made our wedding the day of our dreams. Everything from the initial planning, their attention to detail, their ability to be on the end of the phone for any of our many questions, to the wine tasting, to the day itself; they were absolutely faultless. The venue speaks for itself visually, its perfection! The facilities are top notch and there isn’t anything I feel they can’t do. They even somehow managed to save a hail storm for the second we went inside for our meal and then bring out the most stunning sunset for as soon as we’d finished. Every single person there is excellent at their job and they are wonderful human beings as well! We felt like by the end of it we were more like friends than clients. All of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how wonderful the venue and staff were on the day. We were blown away. From the initial venue tour to the big day, our experience was beyond our wildest dreams! Susan, Faye, and the entire team were incredibly attentive from the very start. We have always adored the countryside around Woldingham, so we were thrilled to discover that they hosted weddings. The building was exquisite, and the grounds were absolutely stunning. We still beam with joy when we think about our wedding day. Everything was set up perfectly, and all our guests felt relaxed and at home. Many of them told us it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted, and we wholeheartedly agree! The photos truly speak for themselves, but we genuinely had the most perfect day. We would recommend Marden Park as a wedding venue a thousand times over!

I can’t recommend Marden Park Mansion enough. The team is so friendly and hands-on and went out of their way to make my day perfect. I planned my wedding from Asia and all communication was thorough, personal and fast. It was stress free having all the catering part of the venue, with a great range of options, delicious food and fantastic service. The biggest selling point for us was the space itself. Set inside a beautiful old manor house with lots of character with large gardens for beautiful photos. The venue is perfect for all weathers, despite getting married in July we did have rain, but with Marden Park Mansion, there are so many different areas from the drinks reception room, to the large wedding breakfast room and then a separate room for dancing and another room for the bar with sofas. There were no delays in needing to empty the room and have the musicians set up, waiting around outside, we could seamlessly move from the wedding breakfast straight onto the dancefloor, with the band ready to go! The whole evening ran perfectly and there was so much space for everyone to dance, eat, sit and talk without all being stuck in the same one room all day long. It was perfect! We had our wedding at Woldingham School on 27th October 2017. As soon as we visited the venue we fell in love with it and couldn't of imagined getting married anywhere else - it is the most beautiful venue. Clare was brilliant throughout the wedding planning process, even when we were bombarding her with emails. She was always so quick to reply with advice and share her knowledge. The food was incredible on the day and all of our guests have said how much they enjoyed it. The day ran so perfectly with thanks to Clare & Emily. They took care of everything and we are so thankful. We really recommend Woldingham School as a venue.

I’ve worked with Kent Event Packages on a number of occasions and have always found them to be organised, friendly and professional, always putting on a fantastic show and meeting the client’s brief. The DJs have always been brilliant and have created a great atmosphere for each event. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.
