A huge thank you to the team from MGN for making my 40th Birthday celebrations perfect and actually exceed my expectations. The way the dining room was dressed took me by surprise how beautiful it looked, and I had an idea of what to expect. The design, colours, use of the lights looked exquisite. I was genuinely taken back walking into that space. The concert room also looked exquisite, when I walked in after dusk, the lighting transformed that room, it was classy and intimate, perfect for my size party with all the many technical requests I made catered for. Technically you got it spot on with my many requirements. The photos looked amazing, the sound really enveloped me into my performance so I was totally focussed, and sourcing a great keyboard player was great as we got the strings supporting the piano which was one of my original aims! MGN really did make a dream come true for my 40th Birthday, and everybody there will remember it for a lifetime. Several people said it is the “best birthday party they have ever been to” - I think that says it all. Well done, and thank you!

We celebrated our 30th wedding Anniversary and a 60th birthday on the same day. Thanks to the excellent organisation of MGN events, we are still receiving ‘thank you’ notes and messages from our guests for hosting an amazing Party.

MGN were fantastic. They were very accommodating of our budget and happy to provide some things whilst we provided others to reduce costs. I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.

If you need a wedding planner, you have found her!! I had the BEST experience with Jenna (I live in America and wanted to be wed at home, in England). I had absolutely zero worries and so my experience was so smooth and happy. There was nothing too big or too small that Jenna wasn't happy to do. We had many meetings online with the time difference yet no hindrance on communication and feeling special. Vicki was so amazing in her efforts to help us pull our wedding party décor together last minute and was very calm and professional in the lead up as I was trying to make decisions and finalise things. We had such a wonderful weekend and the décor was INCREDIBLE! We were SO happy with it honestly and everyone was really wow’d when they walked in the room. Vicki haunted our house for Halloween. It was grand! The kids loved it and all the candy was gone by 7:30pm so it was very effective advertising! She is a dream to work with and very on-point. We will be calling her again.

We hired drapes and lights from So Lets Party to transform our living room into an 18th birthday cocktail party venue using the DIY package. Vicki was very helpful throughout the process and most accommodating when our delivery and collection needs changed last minute.

Michelle was such a great help taking on my wedding decor. I am very particular in how I want things to look so from seeing the instagram page I was instantly drawn in. After exchanging my idea/vision with Michelle through messages/phone calls, we met at my wedding venue. During the walk through of where I wanted different decor items to be positioned it just felt like we were in each others minds! What I like about Michelle is that she is very good at understanding the vision and even made a lot of suggestions on how to make things look even better. She was so attentive, a great communicator, very fast replies and I couldn’t have picked anyone better to do the job and would happily recommend her!

We used their services for a corporate event. We hired the sequin wall and a balloon decoration. Michelle was very polite and professional, fast responses and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. I can’t t explain how perfect Suzanne was from the beginning until the end of the wedding shoot day! Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event.
