Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. Great service and great quality. These balloons were bought on 30April for my sons birthday on the Sunday. Picture 1 taken on the Sunday so 1 day old. Picture 2 taken today 29.5 and still going strong!!!!

A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. I always go to this shop for my kids birthday balloons! Their balloons last for ages! (literally, I end up having to pop them after a month as they're still bobbing around my house!). They have a great variety of not only balloons but cards, decorations, fancy dress, party bag gifts, bouncy castle hire... the list is endless! If they haven't got something you'll be guaranteed they'll know where to get it! I'm lucky to have this shop in the same village I live in, but even if they weren't I'd happily travel! Parking is really easy and staff really friendly! Highly recommend!

I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼
