I received exceptional service from Omar, who arrived promptly within an hour. He took the time to thoroughly explain my issue and even went out to purchase the necessary parts, successfully restoring my hot water on the same day. Omar also identified several faults that the previous plumber had overlooked during their visit three weeks ago. I will undoubtedly be reaching out to them again for any future plumbing needs! I called ActFast and was connected to Omar, the issue was my Dad's old and faulty electric shower. Omar made every effort to source a replacement and install it on the same day, certainly living up to the company name to ActFast. He also carried out a quality installation and I could not have asked for anything more, thank you Omar.

Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue. As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were. He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

ABL were recommended when I urgently needed to replace a small part for my toilet cistern push flush. They managed to fix the part I already had, there & then, with a couple of small tweaks. They advised to return if the flush still failed & I needed to buy the part - but it's so far worked. Thank you very much

I have used this company for some years. Originally in my last house and they replaced the boiler and cleaned all the pipes out. Mike is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We wouldn't use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs. Mike has done everything from fitting new (difficult) bathrooms, general plumbing works (kitchen sink / waste / stack) to heating / boiler systems and have been impressed with the service provided throughout each time we've used him (10 plus times). Chris installed the boiler helped with Amia (sorry for any misspellings :-) ) and went above & beyond to make sure everything worked as it should (few Hive issues & a toilet which wasn't working properly). Really reliable company. Have used them a couple of times. Most recently to replace 4 bathroom radiator valves including addition of thermostats. This full day assignment turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally expected, but our Engineer, Alan did a great job completing the work in the same day. Will definitely use them again.

Alex, was very proactive in that he was the first company to estimate and actually arrived early. The Installing engineer was very pleasant. although the job overran the estimated two days the engineer was very accommodating in what was a difficult installation of replacement boiler in the loft and adaption of older controls that I was familiar and happy with. Once again, cannot praise team high enough. Almost instant response to call for help and engineer on site in couple of days. The requested, very old, thermostatic valves were replace with minimum fuss or upheaval. Boiler they installed in February is brilliant. Again excellent from quotation through to final receipt. Very, very impressed by care, attention to detail, helpfulness and efficiency of all the team. A very professional job. 5 Stars in all departments. Most highly recommended.
