DJW plumbing were great in our time of need. Our boiler broke and they were able to come out the next day to check. Alfie then came back with the needed parts and heating was restored. Very friendly, explained everything and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Simon came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating. Not only did he do a great job fixing an old boiler , he also serviced it. Very happy with the work, friendly and helpful advice. Definitely calling him out again.

Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Have always used JLewis for servicing, as reliable and efficient. This year sadly my boiler and tank had several issues, but all were resolved very efficiently same day to ensure our hot water and heating were not interrupted. I 100% recommend if you want an honest and efficient service.

I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

Honestly, he was amazing and came out within half an hour of me calling him after 8pm sorted out the problem and also was very good with my Airbnb clients who had the problem with the boiler. Very good communication :)
