Paul is very reliable, helpful and friendly. I just moved into the house and he was able to review the plumbing, help me orientate myself on how things were functioning and replaced worn taps and a new shower. I would have no hesitation recommending him!

Had a burst hot water pipe that shut down our water supply. Called the house insurance emergency service THREE times and still no appointment so we got Paul’s number from a neighbour. A few text messages later, on a Saturday no less, Paul arrives and does a superb repair job!! Very polite and professional. Highly recommended!!

After clearing my blocked drain they advised the drain pipe was cracked and need to be replaced. they returned a week later and replaced the damaged pipe. Great job , tidy , and professional. They kept me iinformed of what they were doing at every stage. I would certainly not hesitate to use these guys again.

Contacted Tony on the problem in June , he came over in a couple of days and assessed the old keston boiler which was now 20 years old. Having surveyed the site , he sent through a quote in a couple of days , fully itemized. The idea was to replace the boiler and tank and connect up to the existing Nest thermostat so life could go on as normal. We scheduled the work and was completed in circa 3 days with him and his Son (Oli). Both did their work without any fuss and we had hot water and central heating without any drama. They did a clean job and took the old boiler for scrap. Thank Oli& Tony, see you next year for our regular service.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Complete house refurb and enhancements - Tudor plumbing supplied and installed a new ensuite, inc WC, sink, vanity unit and shower. Full replacement for groundfloor WC and shower over bath, inc vanity unit. Brand new gas boiler install and general plumbing tidy-up! All quality products supplied and professionally installed in a very tight time frame. Carl even had the politeness to assist with a 4inch extract wall vent drilling for the electrician. Delighted.

We were delighted to find Tudor Plumbing and even more delighted that Carl was able to slot us in to his schedule on the day we discovered water trickling down our sitting room wall! He was extremely thorough and seemed to have cured the problem. However, when the leak started up again he was available to discuss over the weekend and rearranged his diary to fit us in first thing on the Monday. The offending pipes were cut and capped and the problem solved (pending a refit of the bathroom). A prompt and very neat & tidy worker. We would certainly highly recommend this company.

Tudor plumbing has just completed a total downstairs toilet refurb. Carl’s work ethic and expertise was second to none. He was totally professional, reliable and meticulous to detail. Carl was also extremely easy to have around. Pleasant and friendly, polite and very easy to get along with. Absolutely delighted with the finished results! Looking forward to having him back to refurbish my kitchen and utility room early next year. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Shaun is hands down the most reliable, professional and hard working tradesmen I've ever met. We employed him to refurbish our whole bathroom and a separate cloakroom and we were impressed throughout the job. As a customer, you rely on the tradesmen's integrity and knowledge to guide you through problems and give you good advice. Shaun knows his stuff and this is evident in his work. Even when problems arise, for example we had to put our bath on a plinth to accommodate the grey water waste that couldn't be laid through the joists... obvious to Shaun but an oversight we had made. So he problem solved on the job and got it done without any questions. Further to this we've had Shaun back to fix our central heating that our previous plumbers had mucked up. He went above and beyond to find our problem, which wasn't easy, and solved it. Genuinely a good guy and happy to recommend to anyone who needs a professional and reliable plumber. Cheers Shaun!! Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully.
